He doesn't care. Not in a bad way though. He knows that you're healthy and that it's just how you were made. It makes him feel like he needs to compliment you more than he already does so you get a lot of compliments from him. He also brags about it. He tries to make everyone jealous which works with the girls because they wish he was bragging about them. With all of it he boosts your confidence which he loves, especially when you're intimate.
