I looked at myself in the mirror once more before going out of my room. I'm nervous and I don't know why.

My mom looked at me, and I saw her eyes shine. Okay, this is getting weird.

"You look so beautiful, anak." She said.

"I know po." I joked.

"Yuck, epal." Kuya Jim interrupted. He'll always gonna be an epal. I rolled my eyes on him.

"Gwapo ka ba?" I fired back.

"Arte mo, dali na. Naghihintay na si kulot." He said then I ran into him and slapped his arm, saka tumakbo palabas ng bahay.

"Bye, mommy and manang!" I shouted.

Paglabas ko ng bahay, siya agad ang hinanap ko. And there he is, looking so good in his tuxedo, standing right in front of my dad.

"Take care of my daughter." Sabi ni daddy. He nodded and smiled.

"Yes, sir." He answered. My daddy smiled and tapped his shoulder before leaving him, but before he can get inside the house, he stopped when he saw me.

"Pretty." He commented. I smiled at him and hugged him.

"I love you, daddy." I told him. I felt him kiss the top of my head before saying he loves me too.

"Hi!" I greeted the man in front of me. He smiled. He freaking smiled and I want to jump. Ba't ba ang gwapo nito?

"Ah, let's go na?" I asked him when I noticed that we've been standing sa labas kanina pa.

"Yes, tara na." Sabi niya saka binuksan ang pinto sa backseat. We stayed silent until we reached the reception, because he kept on fidgeting with his phone so I decided to do the same nalang din.

When we entered the hall, kaagad namin nakita si kuya Juan with his date. He told us na dumiretso na sa table ng family nila.

Tita Anna looked so stunning, she hugged me real tight when she saw us coming.

"Mom. I'm here too." Jordi said, making me and Tita Anna laugh.

"So?" Tita Anna asked sarcastically. Jordi rolled his eyes and said, "Won't you give me a hug?"

"Whatever, Jordi. You're not a kid anymore." Tita Anna said, making Jordi frown.

"What? Jianna's not a kid din naman na, actually I was just 12 days older than her." He reasoned.

"Come here, we'll introduce Jianna to my friends." Sabi ni Tita Anna, 'di pinapansin ang mga sinabi ni Jordi.

We talked to some of their family friends and the debutant's parents, even in the debutant. Many thought I was Jordi' s girlfriend, and Tita Anna kept on answering "Not yet.". Jordi and I went out after the cotillon. We sat on a swing and talked about random things.

"Ang gwapo mo ngayon." Sabi ko sakanya. Lowkey puri lang para 'di mapaghalataan.

"Ngayon lang?" He asked with his husky voice.

AAAAAAAAA kalma. Okay? Kalma.

"Ha?" I asked, kunware hindi narinig.

"Nothing." He answered.

"Bakit di si Abi yung inaya mo?"

"Bakit siya kung ikaw ang gusto ko?"
