Chapter Two - Finally Time

Adrian's POV

" Adrian you need to wake up"

Adrian opens his eyes to see Natalie standing there. It takes him a minute to wake up before he realizes what to day is. He jumps out of bed and runs down the hallway, the stairs. He opens the front door and runs to his front gate to open his mail box.

When he opens the mail box he see the later. It was an old looking envelope. Looked almost worn down. In green ink on the front it said Mr. A Agrest and it had his address. He knew where it was from. This was his letter from Hogwarts. His family has been going there for centuries.

" Adrian come back here and get inside" Natalie yelled

Adrian ran back inside.

" Adrian head to the dining room and eat your breakfast"

" will my dad be joining us today, since it's my birthday" Adrian was filled with hope

Natalie look down, Adrian already knew what was about to come out of her mouth.

" I am sorry Adrian your father was needed at the Ministry but he did leave you a present. It is waiting for you in the dining room"

And with that Adrian rush off to breakfast. When he open the double door the the dining room. He saw a placemat set up on the long table. By the placemat he saw a small black box. He rushed up to the table and before he sat down he opened the box. Inside was a silver ring. Adrian took it out of the box and put it on his ring finger.

Even though his dad wasn't around he still was his dad and Adrian would always cherish what his father gave him. Adrian looked down at the ring and smiled. He sat down and began to eat breakfast.

He open his letter from Hogwarts. The letter read:

Dear Mr. Agrest,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment. Term begins 1 September. We await your owl by no later than 31 July.

The letter also came with a supplies list but Adrian didn't feel like reading all of that. After he finished his breakfast he headed up to his room and got changed. He was wearing a white shirt with green stripes going across it, and he wore khaki shorts. He combed his golden hair and brushed his teeth. He put his shoes on and headed down stairs to find Natalie waiting for him.

" Adrian, you have two photo shoots for your fathers new line of clothing and after the photo shoots you will be going shopping for your new school"

When Adrian heard the last part he almost jumped out of his skin. He was finally getting to get away fr this place, from all of the photo shoots and away from being lonely.

He went to his photo shoot. It seemed as time passed slower when ever he was at a photoshoot. Finally he was done with his photo shoots. He ran to his car and jumped in. When he got out of his car he was in front of a small restaurant. On the sign it said the leaky cauldron. His car pulled away leaving Adrian on his own. He knew this place like the back of his hand. His father took him here a lot as a kid so did his mother. At the thought of his mother he teared up but shook it off before he stepped inside.

When he stepped inside he walked straight to the back right to a brick wall. He tapped on some of the bricks and the wall moved and he wall right into the street called diagon alley. Here is where kids from all different Wizarding families come to buy stuff. During this time of year the roads are flooded with families trying to buy school supplies.

Adrian walked around going in and out of stores. He had almost every thing checked off his list. All his stuff was in his bag that Natalie had given him. He look down at his list and the last two things in the list were a wand and a pet. Adrian decided to get his pet first. He had always been nervous to get a wand he didn't really know why but it always seemed a little scary, he also didn't really know where the wand shop was.

So he head in the way of the pet store. Here the sold ever animal from owls to phoenixes. Adrian walk into the store and he was looking at the owls when something caught his attention from the corn of his eye. When he turned around he saw a black cat. It had bright green eyes and it seemed as though him and the cat had a connection. So he went up and bought the cat.

As he head out of the store with his new furry friend he looked from someone that could point him in the direct of the wand shop. He was looking to his left when all of the sudden he collided with some hard.
