Chapter 7 - So It All Begins

Marinette's POV

Once Marinette left the store she went back to where alya was. Alya was still in line so Marinette went up to her.

"Hey"

" hey, girl. Oh you got your wand let me see"

Marinette pulled out her wand to show alya. Alya was a little surprised.

" it's very basic"

"Yeah but it'll do, right?"

" yeah yeah of course"

"Cool well I have to get home so"

Marinette turn to leave.

" wait do you have a phone number"

"Oh yeah here"

Marinette gave alya here phone number and the girls embraced in a hug. Then Marinette headed home. It took her about thirty minutes and when she arrived home she was bombarded with questions from her parents.

~time jump~

Marinette jumped out of bed almost hitting her head on her ceiling. She rushed around her room. She was brushing her teeth and doing her hair. She threw on some clothes. She was wearing a light pink sweater and some jeans. Her ladybug necklaces hug from her neck. She put on her shoes and headed down stairs to eat breakfast.

Marinette grab a croissant and stuffed it in her mouth.

" Marinette are you ready we need to leave in five"

Marinette's mom called down from the bakery.

" yeah coming mom"

She rushed down stairs with her suit case in one hand and her owl in the other. On the way to the train stations Marinette was engulfed in thought. 'what if I don't make friends' ' what if I suck at this magic thing' Marinette was pulled out of her thoughts when her mom started hugging her.

" honey your going to do great and we are going to miss you"

"I love you to mom and dad"

Both of Marinette's parents were hugging her. Finally they broke apart and Marinette headed off to find platforms 9 3/4. When she was looking for it she heard a familiar voice.

She ran towards the voice and when she saw who she was looking for she screamed.

" Alya"

" Marinette"

They ran to each other and embraced in a hug. They hadn't seen each other in over a month and they became really close friends by texting.

When the two girls let go of each other Marinette saw that there were other people there. Alya notice Marinette eyeing the people behind her.

" oh Marinette this is my family."

" oh you have a big family"

" oh this isn't just my family it's also another family that's close to mine."

" About to say that would have been a huge family"

"Well it still is pretty big, i have an older sister, two older twin brothers and then my younger sister"

"Wow"

" yeah and the the other family is the Couffaine's, they only have two kids. The oldest is Luka who is a year above us and then there is Juleka she is in our year"

"Cool"

Marinette looked over to see a tall boy with blue tips and a girl with long hair with purple tips.
