30: Lydia Brooks

Regina's POV

I saw someone peer over and then disappear back on the ship, "Regina what's going on?" Sasha asked standing next to me with Belle, my eyes snap back on the ship when someone jumps off.

Sliding down the ropes and flipping down onto her feet and flipping her hair back I saw a woman with blonde hair and a light complexion, her outfit wasn't a classic pirate look. She was wearing jeans and a leather jacket that was zipped all the way up.

Her black timberland boots gave her a stance that made her look threatening she was beyond confident. She looked content very comfortable in her element. "Regina?" She spoke staring at me with her mouth open.

I blinked when I finally realized why she looked so familiar! She opened her arms for me to hug her,

"Lydia! Oh my god Lydia Brooks!" I squealed running over hugging her tightly, we jumped around and giggled like school girls before I calmed down. "Lydia what are you doing here?"

"Well like I was telling my best friend years ago I told her one day I would make my mark here on this werewolf island. I just didn't know you were a part of it." She chuckled, "I promised to come all up and through here." She said shrugging her shoulders and placing her hands on her hips,

"No really," I pressured she rolled her eyes and shifted her weight to one hip "Well what really went down was the fact I blew up a Bio lab for a tribe and been on the run every since. But what I said about my friend is also true." She said truthfully and I laughed at her. She was always doing something,

"But enough about me how are you?" She switched, "Well I'm the beta of the Luna who runs this pack," Her eyebrows rise up, "Wow so your an assistant?" I nod, "Wow it sounds tiring,"

"It's everything but," I answered truthfully, if she knew what was going on with Sasha and the DNA test she would think otherwise. "So is this the crew," I suggested and she nodded whistling and waving her arm as if signaling for someone to come down.

I looked around and gathered Belle and Damien, "Your future royalty learn something," I whispered to them and Damien just scoffed but after I hit him in the back of the head he paid attention and Belle laughed. I couldn't hit her after what I heard about her pregnancy yes I was one of the first and only person to know.

"Leo get your ass down here!" Lydia screamed in seconds her son mirrored her movements and landed beside her, "I was talking to the guys and their not sure about this place-"

"Oh shut up and learn something," Lydia interjected and threw her arm around him and looked at me and waited for me to introduce the kids. "Well these are the Luna's kids and my kids as well when she isn't around." I admitted, "I'm Isabella but everyone calls me Belle," Belle said in a sweet tone.

"I'm Damien," Damien said and I rolled my eyes but decided against hitting him again, "I have a brother who was around here somewhere but left." He said turning around, Leo nodded and smiled at everyone. "I'm Lorenzo but you can call me Leo." He said looking directly at Damien.

I was pulled from the world and entered the world of my wolf:

"Regina are you and the kids safe?" Sh'lera asked, "Yea Luna is the attack still going on?"

"No I ended the front and Adam is working on repairs, I last saw Roxy and Blake in the woods are they with you. I was getting worried when I didn't see them."

"No I was just talking about them, oh and Luna we have pirates at our shore. Well Lydia isn't a pirate she's an assassin who has a record the size of my Aunt's record. Anyway she's here and I know her so she's okay. Get here quick to meet her," I finished,

"I'm there,"

I was pulled back to reality and shook my head, "You okay?" Lydia asked holding my shoulder, it was just us. The ship was gone and everyone was back to doing their own thing. "Yea just talking to my Luna she's on her way."

"Now be honest is she stuck up?" She snorted and I laughed at her bluntness, "No she's alright just put in these situations it's hard for her." She shrugged her shoulders,

"That's bull, let me tell you what's hard. Having to leave the love of your life to make yourself happy." She whispered staring beyond as if she was entering another world. I looked around and saw Sh'lera walk towards us.

"All I wanted was to play cops and robbers. You know being an assassin and breast feed this rock head wasn't easy."

She shakes her head putting her handsome son in a head lock. She looks up and smiles when Sh'lera comes up,

"Hey so you didn't see Blake?" She asked and I shake my head. "No Luna," She nods and looks upon Lydia.

"Hi I'm the Luna," Lydia let's go of her son before she holds out her hand and Sh'lera takes it gladly, "Welcome to our pack,"

Lydia smiles and Sh'lera returns the smile, "So what brings you to this pack? Are you enjoying yourself at the moment, I can get the Alpha."

Lydia shakes her head, "Naw I'm okay, and I love the shore. It's just Leo and I right now, the ship is gone because they have to keep the trial going." Lydia explained and Sh'lera gave a confused look.

"What trail?"

"Oh I blew up some important building for a hybrid tribe and been on the run ever since, my crew left with the ship so in case if there still following us they won't think I'm here with Leo."

"Who's Leo?"

"My son, he's right there playing with the rocks." Sh'lera turned and saw him, "May I see him?" She asked and they walked over to Leo, I walked on and tried to find Roxy and Blake. But I was stopped by Xavier.

"Where's Roxy, she's not answering her mind link or her phone." I shook my head, "I was trying to find her right now, you wanna-No I got strong orders from Sh'lera to keep you away from her." I said sternly and got defensive, he rolls his eyes and moves past me.

I pull him back and growl at him, "Fine I won't try to go after her, just find her."

"I bet she hasn't gotten far and she must be with Blake, it won't be hard Xavier you need to calm down." I said turning on my heel and walked on. That's when I saw Blake, Roxy and Adam all rushing over to Sh'lera.

Sh'lera's POV

"Oh I see that's cool," I commented on her wonders on the world, "Your home was burned down, to a crisp!" Roxy screamed, "What?"

"No one was inside, but the fire was caused in the kitchen and it spread to two other houses luckily they were empty. But there is room at the caste now," My insides turned and twisted because I hated the castle pack house.

I mean yes anyone could live there, but there was a reason I lived in my own house away from the pack house.
