Monday. The first day back at school. I wake up Tori, and make breakfast. This is how it goes.
I wake up, wake Tori up and make breakfast. Tori wakes up Jake, and gets ready. Jake gets ready. They eat breakfast and walk to school with Christian, Allison, Augustus, and Hazel.
I then wake up Tobias, and he gets ready and gets Josh and his little princess up.
Josh is the very caring brother, while Jake is just dauntless and overprotective of Tori. Just like his father. Tori is sporty. She plays softball and does cheer. Only dauntless get to do things like that. Sally wants to be like her sister, but sadly she can't. She is too young and has a heart disease. Tobias is around Sally 24/7 even at school. He watches her through the control room cameras.
Jake comes running down the stairs in jeans and a black shirt.
"Mommy!" he says and runs up to me. I pick him up and place him on my waist.
"Hey, baby! How was your night?" I ask.
"Good!" he says. I set him down in a stool at the island. Then, Tobias comes down with Sally in his arms.
"Somebody doesn't want to wake up today." Tobias says while poking Sally. She groans and grips his shirt. Still asleep. I laugh.
"Here let me take her. You can finish breakfast." I say. As I take Sally from Tobias he kisses me on the lips softly. I pull away and walk upstairs.
"Come on, Sally. Wake up." I say and shake her in my arms. She doesn't. Usually she wakes up. I feel her forehead, yep, she has a fever. I lay her down in her bed and walk down.
"Where's Sally?" Tobias asks.
"In her bed." I reply.
"Why?" he asks worriedly.
"She is sick." I say. He nods.
"I can take him to school." Tobias says.
"Okay." I say. Tobias and Josh leave. It's just me and Sally. I clean the house witch takes about an hour. Then I check to see if we need groceries. And we do.
