Song for this chapter: I Run To You by Lady Antebellum
Tris~
When Chris drops off Josh, he immediately runs to me. I pick him up and hug him.
"Hey, baby!" I whisper. He puts his face in my neck and wraps his arms around my neck. I move him so he is on my hip.
"How was school?" I ask with excitement in my voice to keep him interested with the subject.
"Good!" he says, trying not to wake up Sally. I set him in a chair at the table and give him his lunch. He starts eating it like it is his last meal.
"Slow down, or you'll get a tummy ache." I say as I sit next to him. I poke him in the stomach when I say 'tummy ache.' He giggles.
"I don't wanna tummy ache, Mommy." he says.
"Then slow down." I reply. He nods and slows down. I sit next to him while he eats.
When he finishes I help him clean off his plate and put it in the sink. Tobias and I have started to teach him manners and to respect his elders. He is still confused on the manners part, but he still does the best he can.
Josh's eyes start to close and jerk open. It's time for his nap. On weekends he doesn't take one. He is getting too old for that. We are trying to get him to stop taking naps during the week, but that will just take time over the next two years.
I place Josh on my hip and hum a lullaby to him as he falls asleep on my shoulder. I bring him to his room that is green with stripes of different sizes and greens. Josh loves animal so Tobias put up blow heads (I think that is the name for them) of different animals. In the corner across from his bed is a lion. The ceiling is covered with birds. A giraffe stands on the wall behind his door. And a tiger is right above his closet.
I put Josh in his tiger striped bed, and stroke his forehead till he is fast asleep. I walk out and see Tobias putting Sally in her room.
Sally's room is pink. 'Princess' is writer over her door. Princess crowns cover her walls. A sign with 'Daddy's little princess' on it is above her closet. Sally's bed is purple with a touch of pink on it.
Tobias closes her door and I close Josh's door.

Hey guys! How do you like this story? Is it better then my last Divergent: No War?
Yes? ✔️
No? ✔️
Do you like that song thing that I'm doing?
Yes? ✔️
No? ✔️
So my class is reading House on Mango Street. Let me tell you, it is NOT even close to the best book in the world.
I am writing a letter to Veronica asking her questions, telling her my opinions about each book (it is all good things), and telling her about my dream to become a writer. Should I ask for a poster of divergent with her, Theo's, and Shai's autograph? Well, I am anyway.
Bia!
