I'm running out of time.
What even is my objective anymore? Is this justice for me, justice for Jun, or revenge upon Minghao?
What can I lose?
Well to start, if I lose reliability then I can consider the Jeonghan investigation over— something dear to me. I've slowly become tough meat, but I miss him.
He was my friend.
Secondly if I go through with this, I'm risking all the education I've worked towards.
But there's no guarantee of anything.
I do know however, Minghao has seen my warning to him— it's in plain sight. I know he knows what it means. He didn't bite. He's doing this to himself.
The good news would be if I succeed, everything will be perfect. We would all be saved from Minghao. He would pay for what I fear most— that he has to do with Jeonghan. And if he doesn't, he pays for his crimes against many others.
Yes, this is the greater good. God will surely forgive this. Right?
If I've now decided, I should sleep then. And just maybe I can anticipate many more restful nights.

I've gotten Joshua's sign. It made me laugh, seeing him to to act upon self righteous decisions when in the end the outcome will be just like the decisions of mine.
There will be fear.
And so I refuse to bite. I know what tomorrow is planned to be. Finally, the timing is right. I've waited for this moment.
Joshua. For once, I'll bite. And one of us will go down without our secrets.

On my way to economics Joshua stands in the middle of the campus— I only notice his presence because his gaze is so strongly directed towards me I couldn't keep my eyes away from him.
Against my will, it seems we gravitate towards one another.
Close enough to cross paths, a small smile breaks his stoic face.
He looked at me with those empty eyes
And said;
"I'm doing you a favor."
