Suga blocks the punch with his forearm, and uses his other hand to pin Jimin's arm to the ground.

He wasn't an detective for nothing.

"What the fuck was that for?!" Suga yells, red faced at him.

"What the hell was that?!" Jimin yells at the same time.

Eyes turned to slits, Suga eyes him carefully head to toe. The younger male was breathing hard - as if he ran a marathon, and his fists would clench and unclench. A glint was present in his eyes, and there was a tick in his jaw.

Clearly, the man was pissed but Suga was annoyed my his mood swings.

"What is wrong with you? Are you pregnant? Are you on an emotional rollercoaster?" Suga spits.

"Why did you do that in the building?" Jimin shoots back. "I have a reputation to keep."

"Like I care about your reputation," Suga replies nonchalantly, knowing his attitude will provoke him further.

"I told you to let me act cold to you until we're out of this building's grounds Suga." Jimin whispers. "You can't make me weak in public places." His lips start pressing into a pout, and realizes that he was being hypocritical by doing that so he immediately stops.

"Why is that?" Suga asks sharply. Honestly, Jimin's behavior was irritating him to the core. One second he's an innocent puppy who distracted him from his case and then he's a downright bitch who got in the way of it. Being with Jimin was just not right; even though he is an obstacle he does buy him time, but he still has his work to do.

As he was taught, his work is the only thing that should matter. Nothing else, nobody else.

"Jimin, leave me alone. I have something to do and putting up with your shit is not what I need now," Suga states with finality. He had someone in his mind that he wanted to call, and it had to be done now.

"But, what about our plans?" Jimin asks, dropping the whole cold act in surprise. The innocent male expected the older to put up with it longer than everyone else - he seemed a little different from the beginning.

Sometimes, Suga reminded him of himself. So mysterious, and it always seemed like he had a burden of a secret that he was carrying on his shoulders.

So did Jimin.

Suga averts his eyes, feeling guilt rise in the corners of his chest but still angered over the unnecessary punch out of no where. "Sorry, but no plans today. I'll see you later," he quickly says, and climbs into his car. Starting up the engine, he glances at the younger who stayed rooted in his spot, his eyes screaming at him to stay. Quickly looking away, Suga pulls out of the parking lot, and quickly drives away.
