'ALICE! WAKE UP! WAKE UP!' I heard my five year old sister yell. I opened my eyes to see her sat on top of me. I looked at my phone.
'Lilly. It's only eight o'clock. Go back to bed.' I said rolling over.
'Nope. Mommy said up now! She has made a special breakfast.' Lilly said, running out of my room. I looked around the empty room and sighed. My last breakfast in this house. I walked into the bathroom and got into the shower. I then got changed into jeans and a T-shirt and walked downstairs. Mom placed a huge pile of pancakes in front of me, Sarah put down a cup of hot chocolate and then they came and sat with their pancakes.
'Alice honey?' My mom asked. It was then I realised that I was crying.
'I love you guys so much.' I whispered.
'We love you too.' My mom said, hugging me tight. As we ate, we shared silly stories from when me and Sarah were growing up. And before I knew it, the time had come.
I walked into the hallway of my new house. It was huge! The hallway led off to a living room, kitchen, dining room, pool, two studies and a bathroom. Upstairs were six bedrooms (all with their own bathroom), a cinema room and much more. Then there was another level that led to more rooms that me and Leo could decorate. Leo was already there (with Paul and Tobey) unpacking. I looked at Amy and sighed. This was going to be a long day.
'You have got to be kidding me.' I said, opening a box. We were currently unpacking our stuff for the living room.
'What?' Amy asked, from where she was unpacking my books. When I didn't answer, she came over.
'Secondary school photos and shit.' I said. Amy took the top album and opened in.
'Oh my god! You were so cute in secondary school Leo. What happened?' Amy asked, causing me to to start laughing.
'I got hot.' Leo said, still unpacking his books. I looked at Amy who wiggled her eyebrows at me. So I glared at her.
'Let's go do the bedroom.' I said to Amy.
'Yeah. I don't have to deal with this much cockiness, I'm plenty cocky myself, so bye!' and with that Amy skipped out the room.
'Alice you have one weird friend.' Paul said.
'Yeah but at least she's hot.' Tobey mumbled a bit to loudly. Amy laughed and stuck her head around the corner.
'Boys, if you want me all you got to do is ask!' She winked. I shook my head at my best friend as the boys looked at her in horror.
'Ha not, you should have seen the looks on your faces OMG, Alice lets go.' I laughed and walked out the room. Leo's friends faces were hilarious. They all looked embarrassed that Amy caught them out.
After unpacking my bedroom stuff and the rest of my belongings in other rooms of the house, Amy, Paul and Tobey left.
'Let's put some house rules in place.' I said, walking into the living room where Leo was now sat.
'Okay, no go in into each others business unless its a life or death situation.'
'Deal. When asleep, as far away from each other as possible.'
'Great. If someone is watching TV, you can't just change the channel.'
'Sounds great. And we have to tolerate each other to make living a little more bearable.'
'Done.' We shook hands and I left to go make dinner.
