One solved, Two to go.

I spent that night answering their questions again and again and it was three in the morning when abhay placed me on my bed in Dobriyal mansion.

That morning saw a new drama in college, abhay and Siddharth stood in the main hall with their hands locked on each others throats, they were saying things too low for human ears. Abhay shook his brother off and Siddharth wiped the blood from his lips before punching abhay. Someone screamed but they ignored everyone.

"You had your chance." Siddharth snarled.

"And you messed it up." Abhay snarled right back.

They were swapping hits again. I did the only thing i could.
Enough. I yelled mentally and they both stilled. You both are creating a scene, might as well get your fangs out.

Siddharth made things worse by staring right at me in surprise. People began talking and i left the scene.

Kabir followed me out. I walked into the empty classroom sat with my head buried in my hands.

"What was that?" Kabir asked and i didn't meet his eyes. "Abhay is Siddharths brother?"

"You told him?" Abhay asked angrily.

"No abhay." I snapped standing up. "i didn't, and Siddharth stop fucking around." Siddharth entered the room, not looking guilty at all.

"It's my turn." He said stubbornly.

"I am not a fucking object, you both only want me because i look like her." I turned away from them, my eyes tearing up. Kabir wrapped his arms around me.

"I don't give a fuck what's going on, leave." He told them both, "I ended things with her because I thought you were better for her," he said to who I guessed was abhay. "you are really making me rethink my decision."

"i am not her." i said not looking at abhay.

"trust me pia, you couldn't be more different if you tried, I am sorry all this is affecting you, I will take care of it all I promise."

"I need you both to leave me alone" i said and there was no answer for an entire minute.

"take care of her kabir,"

"what?" kabir said stilling. "he left." he told me and I wrapped my arms around his waist, he kissed the top of my head and let me be. we didn't see abhay the rest of the day, kabir stayed by my side all day long and told misha to leave me alone, she didn't like that but I didn't have the strength to tell her anything.

"you are back together?" panchi asked and kabir shook his head, I didn't answer.

"I think I should get another car." T said loudly.

"but you already have one." her side kick said.

"don't you know?" she said looking at me. "two at a time is a fashion these days," she taunted, "oops my fault, it's three at a time, tell me pia, how do you manage all three of them, i didn't know you were so skilled, and how are you going to choose, the one with the biggest wallet or-"

I didn't let her finish, "you go to class, i'll see you both later." I turned back and walked away.

I walked out of the college grounds and kept walking, not bothering to look where I was going, with siddharth hell bent on getting me and maithli still out there, i was being foolish but i didn't care anymore, it started raining and I touched my pocket, looking for my phone, it wasn't there, a car stopped beside me and the window rolled down. abhay.

I got in without a word, he drove wordlessly to the dobriyal mansion and stopped the car.

"pia," he said as i started opening the door, i turned to finally look at him, there was a bruise near his eyes, I touched it and he winced, he took my hand and rubbed heat into it. "I don't love you because you look like her." he said and my breath caught, "you are so much different, the only thing you both have in common is your face, yes, it was the face that caused me to pay attention to you closely, I won't lie, and i am not forcing you to be with me, that is the last thing I want, I want you safe and happy." he paused letting it all sink in. "which is why I need you to get back with kabir."
