***Trish's POV***

I looked down at him with tears in my eyes.
"Yes" I mouthed nodding my head. Words struggled to come out

He put the ring on my finger then hugged me. I kissed him then stepped away. I couldn't believe this was happening. He..- He just proposed to me..

"Ryan Beaumont just proposed to me!" I accidentally said out loud.
"Yes Ryan Beaumont did" He said laughing at me.
"Daddy just proposed to me" I said looking down and rubbing my belly.
"I..I..- This is literally my whole world. You, me and this baby. I'm so happy right now. More than happy" He kissed my forehead and put his hand on my belly. This had got to be one of the most happiest nights of my entire life.

After I got myself together we sat and ate dinner together. I mean it was just spaghetti bolognese but it was what had happened that made this dinner special. I couldn't stop looking at the ring.

"Did Theo help you pick out the ring?" I asked.
"I won't lie, he did. I wanted to get the perfect ring and the only person that knows you better than you do is Theo" He said reaching over to hold my hand.
"It's beautiful baby" I said finishing off my drink.
"Beautiful ring for a beautiful woman" He said kissing my hand.

After, we settled for bed. I put one of his shirts on and laid in his arms.
"You know I'm sorry for everything I've done. I love you baby" he said.
"I love you too. Can I ask you something?" I said looking up at him.
"Of course" He said kissing my forehead.
"Did you propose because of the baby? Or because you genuinely love me?" I asked in deep curiosity. He said he loved me but did he really? I know it's been a very long time but the fact he cheated isn't gonna go just like that. His actions have proven that he does love me but it did then as well yet he still did what he did.

"Both, I love you so much. I mean I love you loads now but not as much as I will tomorrow and the day after that then the day after that. Oh dear, I love you more with each passing day. I've been wanting to give you my last name since the day I met you and I want our baby to have it too, not a joint last name, although Stilinski-Beaumont fits perfectly, I just want to hear the words 'Mr & Mrs Beaumont' and be referring to us" He said playing with my hair.

I felt the tone, the mood and how serious he was but I had to ask. Even if it ruined it.

"So then why did you do what did? Why did you cheat? All that time you said you loved me, did you actually? Or was it just for show?" I questioned.

Rye looked at me, shocked. He didn't know what to say. He usually has an answer for everything but now he stopped in silence to think.

"If you want me marry you I'm gonna have to have answers. Truthful ones, please" I said pulling away from him slightly.

"The first time that was because I was feeling lonely. It was a mistake, I was drunk and missing you. I regret it still. And the the second time I had met her whilst we were still together but she wouldn't leave me alone even when we were so I met her one last time hoping she would stop" He said. I could hear the honesty in his voice.

"Did you love me? When you did it?" I asked. Knowing this question was make or break.

"Yes I did that's why I regret it so much. I've always loved you. That's why I was pissed at Brook. If I could do that whilst loving you what could he do. That's why I asked you to marry me, to show that I love you with all my heart. It's only me and you, baby. I want you to know that my heart is all yours, only yours. Well baby  Beaumont's too but you know what I mean. I wanna show you I mean this" he said a tear running down his face.

I kissed him. All I wanted to know was the truth and that's what I got.

"I love you" I said grabbing his hand.
"I love you too" He replied

"I told my truth. Now you tell yours." He said
"What do you mean?" I said really lost and confused.

"I see the way you look at him. Do you still have feelings for Brook?"
