Chapter 23: The Day Will Come When You Won't Be

Kayla's POV

"Well holy fuck look what we have here!" Negan smirked swinging his bat that had barbwire wrapped around it over his shoulder. I rolled my eyes dropping my head down... I knew this man he's my mother's brother. He real name isn't Negan it was Nathan.

"I finally get to meet the people who killed my damn people!" He continued on talking walking back and forth. I lifted my head up making eye contact with him then quickly looking back down.

"Well I'll be fucking damned! I even have a family member here! How ya been Kayla? Didn't know you would turn out to be like this." Negan said squatting down in front of me with a grin on his face. I see everyone heads quickly turned to me I could see the pain and betrayal in their eyes.

"Cat got your tongue girl?" Negan spat out.

"No!" I said harshly looking him in the eyes.

"Well speak when spoken too. You always had your mother's attitude." He chuckled standing up walking back in front of all us.

"Let me introduce myself I'm Negan I'm the one who's going to kill one of you tonight. And right here is Lucille she's going to do the job for me. Now as you overheard Kayla and I's conversation she's my niece actually let me rephrase that 'was my niece'. She's means nothing to me now... sad to say but hey you people killed my people and I can not let that shit slide." Negan said swinging his bat named Lucille around.

"You leave her the fuck alone!" Daryl growled getting up punching Negan in the face.

"See people this is the shit I am talking about next person does anything there will be no acceptances ... boys put him in the truck he's going to wish he was dead." Negan snapped as his boys took Daryl away.

"Shit! Girl you look your nearly on your death bed." Negan smirked moving the hair out of Maggie's face.

"DON'T TOUCH HER!!" Glenn yelled trying to get up but Negan's men held him down.

"I warned you guys, next person that does anything I will shut that shit down NO ACCEPTANCES! So now I will be killing two of you tonight." Negan said smiling amongst all of us.

"You can scream, you can cry hell you all about to be doing that." Negan chuckled whacking Abraham in his head with Lucille. Everybody let out cries as blood poured down his face trying to hold his self up. Negan hit him again with Abraham with Lucille causing more blood to drip down.

"Shit we have a fighter here." Negan smirked looking at Abraham.

"Suck..... My..... Nuts." Abraham spit out. Negan smiled swinging Lucille beating the shit out Abraham. Abraham was dead.... his body was just laying on the ground brains smashed in. Rick looked around at us I knew he felt guilty for all of this I could see it in his bright blue eyes.
