Chapter 7: Where To Now?

T-Dog's POV

I drove over to the barn in the RV seeing Rick and Carl, the fire was starting to spread all around them along with walkers. I pulled into a open space far enough so where the can jump on top of the RV.

"Hop on!!" I said up to them with no hesitation they both jumped.

I quickly drove off away from the farm not looking back. I tried not to drive so fast or hit any bumps on the road due to them being up there. This has been a hell of a night and I just want some sleep, the sun was starting to rise. I looked to see if there was any walkers were around so I could pull over to let down, after not seeing any I stopped the RV they both climbed down entering.

"Thank you T-dog." Rick said shutting the door behind them.

"No problem." I said starting the RV back up.

"Did the others make it out?" He asked worried.

"I know that Glenn, Maggie, Hershel, and Daryl made it out but I don't know about everyone else I'm sorry." I said looking at him through the rear view mirror.

Carl started sobbing as Rick tried to calm him down. I felt bad that this was happening but hey life is life good things happen and bad things happen.

"Can we go the meeting place the one we left for Sophia on the highway?" Rick asked pushing his hair back.

I shook my head driving towards to highway, we got there but the RV couldn't fit because of left over cars blocking. We got out walking over to meeting area seeing that no one has been here.

"If there aren't here in an hour we can leave." Rick said scavenging around the area.

Daryl's POV

After the disaster had happen at Hershels farm, I was on my own riding down some back road that lead to highway we had our 'camp' at once. If everybody wanted to find each other they would meet there I know for sure. I've seen something that happened back there that I would have to tell the Greene family when I see them... Joshua poor kid walkers just ripping his body to pieces. I tried to help him but the farm got overrun way too quick I wish I could've helped a little more. I finally arrived getting off my motorcycle seeing the RV, I smiled crossed my face knowing someone made it out and knew to meet here.

I walked over to the car we left for Sophia just in case too see Carl and T-Dog. They looked up smiling at me we got into a group hug. This is how I knew they were my family.

"Where's everybody else?" I asked pulling away from the hug.

"We don't know Rick is somewhere looking for some supplies and Maggie, Glenn, and Hershel should probably be here soon if Glenn told them to come here." T-dog said patting my shoulder. Soon as he said that a black car parked it was Maggie and them along with a truck following them it was Lori, Beth, Carol, and Kayla. Everyone jumped out the cars running over to us exchanging hugs.

"Where's Rick?!!" Lori asked hugging onto Carl.

"Right there." I said pointing behind them watching Rick running over hugging his family.

"Where's Joshua, Patrica, Andrea, and Shane?" T-dog asked looking at everyone.

"Patrica and Andrea didn't make it... walkers grabbed them." Lori said sadly.

"Same with Joshua walkers got him." I said seeing Kayla and Maggie break down in tears.

"About Shane..." Rick started off standing in front of everybody.

"He lured me to woods trying to kill me, right before he could kill me I stabbed him then Carl saved me when he Shane turned into a walker." Rick explained to everyone.

"What-" Lori said covering her mouth.

"So where to now?" Carol asked hugging Kayla.

"Who knows.... we are going to have to find somewhere safe for now. We can't be out in the open like this.. we are risking too much being out here as we speak. Everyone needs to split up in teams looking for supplies we'll load up the RV and car when we are done. No going too far, everybody please stay in plain, and we will all meet back here in an hour." Rick explained.

Everyone gotten into their groups Rick, Lori, Carl, and Kayla were together. Then there was Maggie, Glenn, Hershel, and Beth. And my group T-dog, Carol, and I. We went our separate ways gathering some supplies we found a few canned foods, a blanket, a cooler, matches, and a water bottle.

An hour went by and we all met back loading the RV and car with the very few supplies we found. Rick, Lori, Hershel, Beth, and T-dog got in the RV. Glenn, Maggie, Carl, and Kayla got in the car. Then Carol and I gotten on my motorcycle. We made a plan that we were doing to drive until we found an empty house somewhere so that's what we did.
