Lately, I have been feeling so confident and so happy. Even though I have been feeling great my head is looking for the downfall. I guess all the bad I have witnessed has trained my head to look for the catch of things.
I recently started a new relationship and the guy is so sweet and understanding. He is understanding because he has had his fair share of heartache. We met when we were in high school and he was just as sweet then. The years since we parted ways has taught us many things. Not every person you meet is the same and sometimes you get so hurt that you automatically group them. Sometimes we have to lower the walls and show our vulnerable side off. There are gonna be times when we get hurt and swear off all kinds of things. Love and understanding from the right person will always feel worth it.
Sure we may find someone who is everything we dislike but we can always find someone who is just the right things for us. My boyfriend is so much like me that it's refreshing. I truly can be who I am with him and I love it.
Remember that not all things in this world are bad. They may not all be good but you will find someone who helps you through the hard times. We are all worthy and deserving of happily ever after.
