I have been getting these where my boyfriend has died in front of me. I wake up feeling so sick that I want to throw up. Each night the dreams show up and I feel like the fears I have are coming to haunt my nights.
Usually, he dies by getting hurt in an accident. The dream last night he dies by my hands and I was happy about it. he means the world to me and I would never hurt me. Maybe the dreams are trying to show me that my fears will win if I give them power.
See the things we fear we can affect us even in our sleep. We must conquer our fears a little bit by a little bit. fears only grow stronger when we pay attention to them and give them power to run our lives. Sure dealing with fear is an everyday thing but we can beat them. I have told my boyfriend some of the dreams but I am afraid to tell him about last nights dream.
Whatever comes your way you can either choose to hit it head-on or run from it. I am choosing to hit it head-on and work on conquering my fears.
The fear of losing isn't enough to keep me from playing the game of life.
