When anger and sadness grip us we often think of things too much. Not everyone feels emotions the same way. I often feel most emotions strongly and it can take a toll on me. Some people try to repress their emotions because they feel like a burden. Others feel their emotions a lot and they embrace it.
I have always tried to be there for everyone and sometimes I just wanna disappear. There are times when I feel so overwhelmed and all I can do is cry. My storms seem to get tougher and tougher as the years go on. I know many of you stuggle with different types of storms and I hope I help in some way. Lately, I have been pushing myself to try new things and be more positive. You all are worthy of being listened to and loved.
