Mark pov

"Bye mark" after bidding goodbye she left, i let out a sigh and I felt kinda relieved because I've been all tensed up since we decided to meet

Y/n is my best friend, we've known each other since we were kids lately I've been feeling my heart beat whenever she's around and I started acting a little bit shy in front of her but hopefully she doesn't notice and I can't confess since I'm scared that I might ruin our friendship

After meeting up with her I went back home and laid down on the couch with my roommates

"Woah there Mark what happened? Y/n again?" My friend haechan asked after muting the TV

"Ahh I really want to confess but I'm scared to ruin our friendship and I don't think I can" I blurt out to haechan after he asked the question

"Still struggling to tell her?" Johnny said from behind me before jumping on the couch to sit beside me

"Yeah" I sighed feeling stressed out

"Then how about we help you" Jaehyun another one of my roommates said while leaning on the couch behind me, I heard the others agree

"Really?" I said looking at each one of them and they all nodded in sync "thank you guys so much

"Eh don't mention it" haechan said nudging me on the shoulder while smiling at me

"Well I have an idea" Jaehyun said and my eyes lit up but I immediately frowned after he shook his head no "nah Mark I can't tell you about it"

"But-" I didn't finish my sentence because I saw jaehyun shaking his head again "okay but please don't do something embarrassing"

"Can't promise you that" Jaehyun said and laughed along with the other two "just kidding, you'll see very soon" I just nodded at his answer

After everyone took their leave, Mark was left all alone in the living room on his phone scrolling through his social medias

Mark woke up in the morning and while he was doing his bed someone barged in his room making him jump out of his place

"Good morning mark" Yelled haechan as soon as he got in along with others

"What's going on?" Mark asked looking confused at each one of them

"We're going to the beach today with the others so you better get ready" Johnny said

"Umm okay" Mark said still confused

"Well we'll leave you to change and then meet us downstairs" and with that they left Mark's room

Mark just shrugged his shoulders before doing his bed, he then changed into his swimming clothes and walked downstairs to find the other guys eating breakfast, Haechan was the first one to notice Mark so he gestured for him to go and take the seat beside him

"Good morning everyone" Mark said as soon as he sat down

"Good morning" the other 8 guys greeted Mark except Haechan

Mark then joined in eating breakfast

"So who's driving today?" Yuta asked looking between Taeyong and Jaehyun since they both have a license

"Actually both of us will drive, we have a lot of people so we needed a second car" Taeyong said with his mouth stuffed with food

"Hey careful don't talk with food in your mouth" Taeil warned, taeyong only nodded still chewing (gum) his food
