DON'T WORRY, I'M HERE

"Knock knock knock"

You heard knocking on your window, you knew who it is. You opened the window and let him in
"What took you so long?" You said after closing the window
"I went to the store and i bought us some snacks" your friend "Chenle" said placing the snacks on the night stand
You and chenle are friends for a long time but your parents didn't improve for your friendship, they didn't like the idea of you being friends with boys so you and him would hangout in your room all night without their knowledge.

"So what type of movie are we watching tonight?" Chenle asked
"Yesterday we watched a horror movie, I think we should watch animation how about (your favourite animation movie)" you suggested
"Yess, I love that movie too"
You put the movie then went to your bed, lied beside chenle on the bed and start watching.
That's how you and chenle spend your nights but one day....

You woke up and went to the kitchen to eat your breakfast, you greeted your parents and set with them on the table
"So y/n?" Your father starts talking
"Hmm?" you simply replied
"So me and your mum made up our minds, we are moving out of the house"
You choked on your food and looked at your father
"What?? Why all of a sudden? And why did you tell me now? Are you guys serious?"
"Woah easy y/n, we are dead serious. I think it's the best thing to do now, as you know our relationship with the neighbours aren't on good terms so moving out is the only solution" your father said trying to convince you
"But father! I don't want, we have a lot of memorize in this house we can't just leave like th-"
"Y/n!! I'm not here to ask for your permission I'm telling you so you prepare your belongings we'll be leaving this evening so get everything ready!" Your father cuts you off and yells at you
"WHAT!!? I can't believe you both did this" you didn't finish your breakfast, you lost you appetite so you went to your room and closed the door.

You start pacing in the room, you took your phone to call chenle and tell him that your moving out but he didn't pick up. You threw your phone on your bed and start pacing again. You got tired so you set on your bed thinking. Minutes later, you heard knocking on your door so you went and open it
"Honey? Did you get everything?" Your mother asked calmly
"I didn't even start" you said
"Honey, I know that it's all of a sudden but this is best thing to do as your father said our relationship with the neighbours aren't on good terms but respect that, we'll build many memorize there too" you mother said
"So please pack your belongings"
You didn't say anything to your mum but you start packing

Time skip~
You put the last bag in the car, you tried calling chenle multiple times but he didn't pick up. You got in the car and your father starts driving. You finally arrived at the house, you got out of the car and you gazed around the neighbourhood, you saw a very familiar looking house, you were about to walk closer to the house but your mother called you so you had to go to her. She asked you to get some bags into the house and you did
When you entred the house you start looking around.
"Woww, that's a big house" you thought to yourself before placing the bag on the floor

Another time skip~ 🙃
Finally everything is done nicely, you unpacked everything you have in your room. When you finished, you lied on your bed, you start thinking about chenle and for the millionth time today you tried calling him, he didn't pick up. You got a little worried, why doesn't he answer my calls, is something happened to him.

4 days later, and there still nothing from chenle. You got really worried, you missed him so much, you missed watching movies with him, you missed his cuddles and everything else you two do.
You were sitting in your room playing with your phone, it was late at night, your parents are probably asleep now. You got really thirsty so you stood up and went to the kitchen to get a glass of water, you decided to get some snacks and go watch a movie in your room like you used to do with chenle. You got everything you needed and went back to your room. You entered your room and saw the window open. You got a little scared but you walked to the window and looked outside but you didn't notice anything. Maybe the wind opened the windows, you thought before turning around to get back to your bed. When you turned around, you saw a figure sitting on your bed. You almost screamed but the person placed his hand on your mouth

"Ssshh!! Don't scream, it's me" the person said and removed his hand from your mouth and faced you
"Chenle!??!" You said before pulling him into a hug
"Miss me much y/n?" He hugged you back. You pulled away from him and you hit him lightly on his shoulder
"Ouch! What was that for y/n?"
"That's for making me worry, where did you go, I tried calling you but you didn't pick up"
"Ahh I'm so sorry!! I broke my phone so I had to repare it, I'm sorry" he apologised
"It's okay, you are here now that's what matters.... but wait a minute!! How did you know the address?" You asked him
"Look through the window"
You did what he said
"That's my house, we live beside each other now, 3 days ago I heard that we have new neighbours in the neighbourhood at first I didn't know but then, I saw you coming out of the house getting the trash out and i knew" chenle explained
"Ahh how stupid, I knew it looked familiar" you facepalmed yourself
"Okay let's forget about this. So you were about to watch a movie and eat snacks without me huh? I feel betrayed y/n, how could you do that" chenle starts fake crying
"I'm sorry lele, I didn't mean it" you also start fake crying but suddenly chenle stopped and pushed you gently on the bed
"So what movie are we watching tonight?" Chenle asked
"Ummm... how about a horror movie, I want to be spooked even tho you scared me minutes ago" you said
"I'm sorry about that i wanted to surprise you but you being you, got scared instead" he said before putting the movie "Saw II"
"Oh No!! please no, I hate that movie, it's scaryy" you said
"Don't worry, I'm right here, I'll protect you" he said and lied beside you on the bed, the movie started.
You cuddled with Chenle and every time a scary scene comes, you would hide your face in his shoulder and he starts playing with your hair and mumbles things like "Don't worry" "I'm here" "don't be scared".
The movie ended, chenle looked at you and saw that you fell asleep, he places your head on the pillow, kisses your forehead and then he turns off the tv before sleeping beside you.
