everything was good, i was just laying with alexander, everything seemed harmless but the energy i was getting from alexander felt off

"alexander har du det bra?"

i didn't want to seem pushy, i just wanted to make sure he was okay

alexander looked up to me and nodded slowly

"yeah, just something seems off, i'm gonna call caelum do you mind if i'm alone for this call"

i sent him a small smile and kissed his head

"of course, i'll be in the kitchen if you need me"

i walked to the kitchen and started to make alexander and i something to eat when my phone started buzzing

INCOMING CALL FROM NORWAY LOCAL HOSPITAL

i looked at my phone confused but answered anyways, probably a wrong number

"thomas?"

i heard the voice coming through the phone and panicked

"daniel? what's wrong?"

i heard daniel let out a cry as i could here people enter his room

"we were involved in a hate crime, caelums dead and i can't move my feet, i know we just met but i love you and im sorry, get alexander and come to the hospital quickly please!"

silence

the phone call had been cut off

i wiped the tears i didn't know were there before walking out to the living space where i saw a crying alexander fall to the floor

i ran over to him and held him closely as he sobbed uncontrollably into my chest, his screams were there but almost felt mute as i kept repeating myself over and over again to him

"it's okay, i'm so sorry, it's okay"
