when i got the phone call from alexander, grabbed my brother lukas and rushed out to my car, lukas didn't ask any questions as he saw i was headed back to campus

"Harrison, skal jeg være bekymret?"

i pulled up to alexander's dorm and turned to him

"you shouldn't be worried, i should be"

lukas nodded slowly and got out of the car with me, i rushed to the door and started knocking, when alexander answered he looked a mess, he was wearing a sweater and boxers only and his eyes were red and puffy

"oh alexander, what happened?"

lukas ran to his side and helped him stand as i helped him back inside and to his couch, i went and shut the door and sat back down in front of him

alexander looked to lukas and then me

"this is lukas?"

i chuckled and nodded slowly

"yes he's my brother lukas"

alexander smiled and leaned against lukas again, i smiled as lukas's cheeks looked like tomatos

"so alexander, what happened?"

alexander looked up at look, tears formed in his eyes again as he looked at me, he let out a shaky breath and nodded

"harrison...thomas cheated on me..."

my jaw dropped, after everything that happened to alexander, i never thought thomas would do such a thing

"alexander, im so sorry i-"

he stopped me, crying quietly

"that's not all"

i leaned forward slowly and nodded to him

"he cheated on me with nicholas..."

slowly the word's sunk in, nick and i weren't dating or even exclusive, but i thought we would, nick and i have had a thing for almost 2 years

tears stung at my eyes as i got up and ran my hands through my hair, i looked over to alexander who was sobbing into lukas's chest, lukas looked at me with anger and sorrow, i nodded to him

"stay here, i have some business to take care of"

he nodded to me and alexander mumbled a quiet good luck to me

walking down the street to nick's dorm i felt a sharp pang in my chest, i use to walk this street with pride, knowing i was going home to my love

as i knocked on nicks door my heart filled with only sadness as nick opened the door, i studied him slowly, tear stained cheeks, messy hair, and my jumper on with some sweats and a bruise on his eye

"why did you do it nick"

he looked at me, i saw he was broken, this wasn't his fault

"i didn't want to, i told him i didn't want to but he got on top of me and i was so drunk i didn't know how to stop him, i have never regretted anything more in my life, knowing i lost you because of a stupid mistake, im so sorry harrison...Jeg elsker deg..."

i thought for a second, no one ever said they loved me before and nick only said it when he meant it, he's only said it once before me and he got heartbroken, i put my hand up and touched his bruise, he flinched and tears rolled down his cheek

"did he hit you..?"

he only nodded, no words, i grabbed his hand and pulled him into a hug

"it's gonna be okay, lets go to alexander's, he needs to know what happened, you can't lose him to"

i pulled away with a small smile, he grabbed my hand again and we started walking over to alexanders

"oh and nick..."

he looked at me and smiled

"yeah"

i let out a shaky breath and smiled

"jeg elsker deg også"
