Meeting My Heroes

“So I hope you do well tonight.” He said.

“Why thank you. I better keep moving but here, take this so you can let me know what you thought of my performance.” I said handing him a number.

“Sweet! Thanks. I'll call you later on, around 8:30?” He asked

“Sure thing. Beau has my number too. So I'll talk to you guys later.” I said and he nodded and waved.

3 down, 2 to go.... James was next.

“Well hello there Jaz, how are you?” He asked

“This is so weird, you guys knowing my name... But I'm good thanks, and you?” I replied

“I'm very well thanks. All ready for the show tonight?” He asked

“Sure am, I have a few more rehearsals to do this afternoon and then the show tonight.” I said

“Yeah, so how's your day been?” I asked

“Pretty good, I like giving back to the fans like this so yeah.” He said with a smile

“Mind if I take a photo with you?” I asked

“It would be my pleasure, can I take one with you too, seeing as I vote for you every week?” He asked

“Aww, of course.” I replied and he stood up for the photos. I smiled and we both took a photo.

“It was great meeting you James.” I said

“You too Jaz, good luck tonight.” He said and waved

“Thanks, see you round.” I said and he moved on to the next fan. Next and last was Jai.

“The one I've been waiting for. Hey Jai, how are you?” I asked

“I'm good thank you and how are you?” He asked

“I'm good. Hows your day been?” I asked

“pretty good but you made it better.” He said

“Aww, thats so sweet.” I replied and he finally looked up. His jaw dropped. Wow, I'm really gonna have to get used to this reaction. I can't believe I forgot about X Factor. Duh brain!! fuckin hell.

“Oh My God! I'm so sorry Jaz, I didn't realise it was you. Um, mind if I take a photo with me favourite X Factor contestant?” He asked

“Sure, mind if I take a photo with my favourite Janoskian?” I asked in return

“Of course not.” He replied and we took the photos.

“Well, I'm sure you need to get to rehearsals now so it was nice meeting you.” He said

“You too Jai.” I replied

“Oh, and good luck for tonight babe. Say hi to One Direction if you meet them. I'll tweet you what I thought of your performance if you like.” He suggested.

“Sure, but I think a text would be better.” I said, handing him my number. His grin became wider.

“Let me guess, Beau and Luke have this too right?” He asked

“Yes, but only because they were being sweet. I was only gonna give it you, but I decided to give one to the three sweetest guys.” I said

“Aww, I feel privileged now. Have a nice afternoon and enjoy your performance tonight.” He said and waved

“Bye Jai.” I said and walked away.

I just met the freaking Janoskians and they knew my name? This is the best day ever! And it's about to get a whole lot better. I grabbed my phone out because it said I had a tweet.

@harry_styles: @JazHarper17 was hoping we could watch your last rehearsal? We're way early and Natalie said your the next to rehearsals, so is that ok? Haz x

Ok? Was he serious? Oh well, why wouldn't I say yes!

I was practically running to the studio. I unplugged my iPod and caught my breath a bit before I made my way inside. I calmed down and walked into the building. I removed my sun glasses and made my way backstage. I saw Natalie, my mentor, standing there talking to One Direction and I walked up to them.

“Hey, sorry I'm late, got held up at the meet and greet I went to.” I said

“Never mind love, you've already rehearsed a million times, just thought we'd run over it a couple last times before tonight, and it'll be worth it since the boys are here.” She said and they stood up.

“Hey, I'm Jaz. Nice to meet you.” I said shaking they're hands.

So, what do you think?? I thought it was a long shot getting Harry to follow her, but why not? They had a bit to do with X Factor here in Aus this year so I gave it a shot at least. I know this wouldn't happen, but I don't care. Thats what makes it a story right?
