According to protocol if a prisoner was to escape every elder, tribe leader and heir was to report to the throne room while the members stay in their respective areas of the castle. While most of the elders had already been lingering near that area it had taken Sekai Erik and their two cubs a few minutes to get their.

While king T'challa speaks trying to calm everyone down, the dora milaje on edge as the watch every entrance the duo strides in with predator and Preyy flanking Sekais sides mouths bared in vicious snarls. The sight of two feral leopards brings everyone to peace while Sekai takes her seat and instead of N'jadaka taking his usual seat he sits on the arm of her chair.

Not used to the sight, and slightly intimidated, T'challa looks away clearing his throat bringing MOST of the attention to him.

"Who has escaped?" Is thrown out by one of the heirs who has a wide eyes scared expression on his face.

"Was it wakabi? Is he in the castle? Is he outside of the castle?" Another one shoots off questions at the king who nervously  keeps parting glances at the duo along with their cubs.

"No prisoner has escaped, we just want to make sure everyone is following protocol. I Want to make sure you all are doing your jobs as leaders to make sure your tribes are educated on the right thing to do" T'challa speaks with a rub of his nose that Sekai instantly picks up on.

"False alarm" he adds with a nod before going over new routes and updates he has for these kinds of situation for the tribe leaders to pass down.

She studied his behavior and could tell by the way he slouched in the chair with his legs crossed at the ankles and one hand tucked in his pocket something was wrong. This was T'challa they were speaking of, T'challa who never had a wrinkle in his clothing let alone slouched so if someone didn't escaped what truly happened?

Looking up at N'jadaka who squints his eyes for a second at his cousin before looking down feeling the young woman's stare, he didn't believe T'challa either. For the same reason Sekai didn't and the technology was far too advanced for anyone to just simply escape, but something had to trigger the alarm.

Everything spoken by the king goes in one of Sekai's ears and out the other because she wouldn't accept this lie. When the meeting is dismissed he lingers for a few minutes as everyone files out which is the only normal thing he does but N'jadaka notices how Shuri lingers which is out of the ordinary. She normally runs out like a bat out of hell but to stand by her brothers side as he speaks is not normal.

Some of the gates were re-opened though instead of running back outside predator and Preyy stay close to Sekai feeling N'jadakas bubbling anger and anticipation.

When shuri and her brother finally escape the elders they head to her lab with the Dora milaje following and a few other warriors is when it's verified something is wrong and the uneasy look on Okoye's face and eyebrow twitch is enough to make Sekai follow.
