From Myth To Reality Chapter 26

Orrin's POV

I had just made an alliance or forced them to see me as their true leader which ever way it works was good with me. I felt for what seems like an eternity ago at peace as though everything was falling into place. Mostly I felt a burning anger within me but just for a few days I have seen my plans coming into play. I wanted to find the brat that they said would one day be the end of my reign but since the child is most likely dead anyway I decided to make the most of it. For safety I have put some things in place to ensure victory.

I had some stupid goals in mind among the others like sleeping with females from every planet that I stepped foot on mostly royals. I enjoyed degrading their royalty and some places I really didn't need the nightmares. God there were ugly females on some of these damn planets that I would pass on the opportunity. Tonight I would rest as I needed my energy for the planet that I was currently travelling to.

I lay in my room within the ship that I newly bought. It was massive in size enough for me to have a huge space for my personal entertainment including sleep. Sleep was not a daily thing for me but I had over done it for days now and I really needed to get some rest. I dimmed the lights and rest on my pillow but the thought of the two Methuselah brats that got away from me kept nagging me! I hate them for escaping I would have enjoyed torturing and eventually killing them for the queen then I would have made her my sex slave. What a waste, I thought with a nasty taste in my mouth. I sighed and started drifting off when it happened, the one thing I dreaded yet hoped for with all my stained soul happened.

It first began as a chest pain then grew into a warm feeling making my magic hum to its surface allowing me to understand that the child lives. All the stories that I have heard about this damn prophesy was true! Sleep now became something I no longer had interest in and I wanted nothing more than to find and destroy the brat before she could defeat me. No! I thought smirking she could never defeat me! I am Orrin the more feared in the galaxy and the one true God who will own the universe! She has no place here in my creation and I will ensure that she knows it.

Hades came to my mind. I knew I could not trust the bitch but I had to use her... What Hades did not know is that I would be stronger than she is if - there is no if, when I gain the power that brat holds within her. Melina will also pay for keeping her away from me and Matthias is already as good as dead in my books. I threw off the covers off me and decided that I needed to contact Hades. I sat on the rug next my bed and began my quick chant after spreading sand around me to summon Hades. "Hades I summon you," my eyes lit up orange and the sand around me caught on fire.

"What do you want Orrin?" she slurred at my name in anger I could see how my untimely summon annoyed her. Yes I sort of feared her but on the other hand I loved provoking her but soon I will be her lord and the one she summons for favors.

"My magnificent lord Hades, I wanted to alert you that I have felt the child's power. The brats power is growing and I need to find it. How have you not noticed the child's existence?" I asked eyeing her cautiously but her demeanor to my disappointment yet thankfully did not change. I needed her help and if she was double crossing me I had to know. Hades has no friends and the only person's side she really was on would be her own. We were alike in so many ways and mates or not I wanted her by my side. I have always fancied the way she ticked and I have done everything in my power to gain her attention as a man but she hated me in every way.

"Let us get something straight, I am not at your beck and call. I don't work for you and you are the one fallowing my lead. So you felt the brat's presence, do you know where the prophesied child is at all? I have been watching the one you seek but be patient Orrin her power has to grow enough for you to pluck and harvest," she said looking at me as though I was nothing gum under her shoe. It was definitely a turn on. I got up from my stance and walked over to her cupping her face lightly.
