Revelation Part 5

Yup you guessed it! That's Orrin.

ORRIN

Frustration radiated off Orrin's presence and his feeling of loss over comes him. For 17 years he has searched hungrily for the child that would be come his future. As time passes he becomes more heartless and hate becomes his comfort. He has searched different galaxies but there was no trace of the putrid elf that was appointed to protect the child. Of course he felt as though the Gods had done this as a personal victory over him. He too decided to take his revenge on all Gods that stood in his way. 

He descends on the planet Methuselah to meet with the king Raul and queen Larrisa who governs the planet. Like every other planet it is ruled by the royals who are descendants of Gods. Upon his arrival he was greeted by two men of royal council including 10 guards which makes him smirk. Looking at the guards he shakes his head with a little chuckle. So much for trust he thought intensifying his smirk.

"Welcome to Methuselah Lord Orrin," Avis one of Methuselah councilmen bowed to Orrin but soon finds that Orrin doesn't bow to him. Concern is now displayed on Avis's face but he quickly hides his reaction at Orrin's bold display of superiority. 

He simply nods putting his hands together in mock thanks to his welcome, "Thank you but I am afraid that there is no time for pleasantries. I am here only to meet with your royal leaders. There is no time to speak with the royal council."  

Avis straighten's his posture, "Please follow me," he responds to Orrin's request and motion for Orrin to follow him. Avis finds it hard to hide his dislike for Orrin because of his smug arrogance but covers his emotions with a blank expression. Urania walks side by side with Avis giving him a knowing and warning look as to not offend a guest of the king and queen. The guards follow behind giving them the respect by allowing distance of their convoy. 

At the end of the illuminated platform a silver pod appeared wide enough to host more than 8 people in which he was accompanied by the two council members and four guards. The pod was a silver egg shape with elaborate designs of a complicated vine and flower pattern. Two other identical pods also took part of the convoy following the pod that Orrin sat in. He was amazed but the technology controlling the Pods including the magnificence of the planet. It seemed that not everything was controlled by the strong presence that he felt in the magic that surrounded him. This world was above ground and everything flew because of the gravitation that the plan lacked. Mini islands floating but millions of vines as strong as any material bounded the mini islands the planet's core to ensure that it doesn't float towards space. Looking down below the pod there were only clouds therefore the planet floor could not be seen. It is said that this planet held healing powers that were a mystery to many because of their beliefs in giving back to the planet. Orrin of course found this only a theory and did not think of the origins and tales that were told about the place. He could not deny the wonderful sites and scenery and thought that they did a great job with beautifying the planet but healing powers he did not believe in this. Besides there would be nothing greater than he and by the time he gets to his main goal, he would never need the attention of a healer in any form as he would be invincible. Excitement brew within him imagining that the child was being hidden here or enlisting the help of Raul and Larrisa to find the child of the prophesy. Thus far he was not successful with any other planets that he has devoured investing his precious time into searching planets.

After some time had passed they were finally ramp leading to the at the castle doors where they were joined by four more guards. Avis and Urania walks forward allowing Orrin to follow them as before but this time guards were surrounding them. Finally inside the crystal castle Orrin's breath was simply taken from him by the splendor of the inside of the castle. Never had he seen so much crystal and rich endowments in a castle as this one held. Gold encircled most of the crystal holding it place in, in several patterns. Under his feet sprawled out golden floors that he could see himself between his booted feet. Looking down he could see his handsome features and he adjusted his black fur coat that lay upon his black robe. He quickly brushed his short black hair in place with his hand to ensure that his presence was picture perfect before standing in the presence of royalty. Of course he did not care about how noble they thought themselves because he was a God and did not have to stoop to these people thought of as royals but he had a part to play to get exactly what he wanted. His want was beyond their feeble minds anyway but with their little bit of distraction to help him capture the girl he wanted to enlist their help. Either way he would get what he wants and anyone who doesn't play by his rules eventually regrets it.
