Melody's POV

Tabby started feeling a little caged in the house since we have been planning strategies and training harder than before. Play time was over that was evident by the way that they have been drilling us for the past week. I have sore muscles in places I never knew I had muscles although I am stronger as was told would happen because of Aiden. Even the devil herself said that love is the strongest emotion that can cause you to be stronger than you can ever be. It proved to be the truth after all. Prom was only a week away and I would not want to miss it but the way my life was working out Tabby, Xander and I could not be sure. Tabby still wanted to be prepared as she was really hoping to go.

We arrived at the mall and walked through the glass doors, I could already see that Tabby's mood had already changed. At the house she was in a horrible mood but shopping always gave her the best ideas and lifted her mood. Walking in the first store with pretty dresses in the window she pulled me in the store filled with excitement until we saw two girls from school. They believed that they were the IT girls of the school and thought that they had to give permission to whom so ever to be in the "cool" status. Brittany Moore, her dad owned a car company and Sabrina Benjamin who's dad was into politics. They were spoil rich girls that didn't see Tabby and I part of the cool crowd - well mostly me.

"Hey Brittany, look who it is!" Sabrina laughed looking at us.

"If you are shopping for prom, you weren't invited so stop wasting your time shopping for dresses," Brittany smirked.

"Your face should not be spoiling the ambiance of the prom theme!" Tabby shouted ready to charge the snobby girls but I pulled her back.

"Don't engage them Tabby their stupidity might be contagious," we both laughed and high fived walking out of the store. They did not have time to make a come back because as cool as they were was as dumb as they both were. They looked angrily at us leaving the store. They always had an ongoing war with us which Tabby said was due to jealousy because they knew we had more money that they did. Honestly at that moment I would trade lives with them in a second just to be normal for a while. Yet again my life as crazy as it was in its own unique way it was actually perfect.

We walked to the mall's cafeteria to get some froze yogurt as Tabby still needed to calm down before we continued to shop. Knowing Tabby she would make that an excuse to buy more stuff, stuff she might never even wear.

"Tabby, I think you have a problem," I said after we bought our frozen yogurt.

"We both know that I have anger issues Mel," she giggled, "I really hate those girls."

"Tabs, that's not what I'm talking about. I think you have a shopping addiction."

Tabby gasps, "how dear you say something like that?" she mockingly put her hand to her chest to display her mocked shock.

"How about a little deal?" I smiled mischievously at her.

"Ok... lets hear this deal although I already know I don't like where its going."

"You don't shop unless there is an event that you must attend and you can only buy at the magic shop so I can keep track of your shopping. For... one -"

"Day, deal!" Tabby said putting her hand out for a shake.

I take her hand and laughed, "one month Tabby. If you do this then I will have you drag me to every shopping opportunity you have for a month."

When this was said her eyes lit up with the idea of making up for a month of not shopping. I then realized that I had just put myself in a heap of trouble if she gets through the month. Then again it was Tabby therefore I knew that she would not make a month of not trolling the malls and shopping.
