Wednesday continued the drive into the woods as Noah made some strange, worried noises. Carrie was generally concerned, not only about the noises but about how he was doing after all the fighting.
"You alright?"
"Y-Yeah, it's just... there are two killer kids we haven't run into yet..."
"Who are they? Who have we run into?"
"Everyone but my best friend and my rival."
"And who are they?"
"Wyatt Geist is my best friend, he tried to traitor but was unlucky. My enemy is... well... Darrell Vorhees, for obvious reasons of course."
"Alright, so we know who to look out for."
"Yeah, we sure do."
Wednesday hit the brakes suddenly as everyone flew forward, a loud thud was heard outside the car. She put it in park as she got out of the car, Carrie and Noah unbuckling and looking at her reaction to what she hit.
"What did she hit?" Carrie looked over at Noah who seemed worried.
"Hopefully not who I think it is..."
Wednesday helped up a young boy in a black hood and sweats. His face was red with tears and his hair was brown and curly like Noah's. His eyes also were a deep brown, but he was too hysterical to tell. She helped him in the car before looking over at him, Noah in shock.
"Do you need an ambulance?" Wednesday asked.
"No, please... just drive."
"Are you sure or-,"
"Just drive, please just go..." Wednesday did as she was told as the kids all buckled up. The boy turning around to see Noah and Carrie, he was shocked at the sight of Noah.
"N-Noah..."
"Wyatt, what's going on?"
"I-I don't wanna talk about it," Noah could tell he was very upset before he came to the realization that Wyatt had probably fled from his past too.
"How long have you been a defect?"
"Since I got the letter that we had to kill you..."
"Wow, dude, that's rough. How did it go down?"
"What do you mean?"
"For me, I fought with my dad before running off..."
"Oh... um... well... When we got the letter, my dad told me it was very important to do this for him and that it would signify me being a killer kid and all. I couldn't do it, so I told him I wasn't going to kill my best friend, but he said I had to. I was furious, so I told him I'd rather be hunted too than kill you and then I ran off..."
"Wow, that's... insane..." Carrie looked at Wyatt, crying as he told his story. He sat in the front seat as Noah rubbed his back telling him it'd all be okay.
Noah just wanted to hug him, wanted to tell him it'd be okay, but he couldn't get himself to do it. He was being hunted like a deer in season, and he had multiple hunters after him.
"W-Wyatt, I know this is bad timing but..." Noah took a deep breath, "do you know where Darrell is?"
"N-No, I haven't seen or heard of him since we got the letters."
"That's not good..." Wednesday trailed off.
"What's not good?" Noah looked out of the front window as Wyatt jumped in fright. Standing in front of them in a hockey mask was Darrell, looking just like his father. Noah grabbed his glove and hat, slipping them on as he prepared to face the final beast.
"Hello, Noah..." Noah stepped out of the car, Wednesday locking everyone else inside.
"Hello, Darrell..."
"Looks like I'm back to settle an old score between us Vorhees and you Kruegers."
"Looks like," Noah bared his claw, "so why are you hesitating?"
