5 Months Later

Dahye POV

The past five months ended up being the most freeing time of my life. For a month, Yoongi took me on a trip of the world. We went to one place in every continent, except Antarctica,  for a few days. We went on dates and spent a lot of time together. Then when we came back, I started my rigorous twelve-hour daily training. But it wasn't too bad, because one of the main things to my training was learning to see power-ups as a natural thing. So for a lot of the time in there, I'd be working. I sort of started taking over as CEO of the company, but my dad was still really doing it. Since I stopped training at six, I'd spend a lot of the time either going out with Yoongi, lots of friendship dates with Hoseok, and for a good portion of the time just trying to get along with my family and enjoy each other's company. And the even more amazing part is that since a few months have passed, no one really cares about the whole 'superhero sighting' thing with cameras catching my face fighting off Drakkar. So things had quieted down for sure.

For the first time, I felt normal.

Except, in my life, there was always something that had to be off or weird.

During the last month, Yoongi has been completely M.I.A.

No one has heard from him. It was literally just one day, he stopped trying to make contact with me. At first it was fine, but then days turned into weeks. So Hoseok and I went to his house, but we could never find him.

Something felt wrong, but I couldn't put my finger on it.

At least I couldn't until today.

"Still no word from him?" Hoseok asked.

I slumped on his living room couch. I had been helping Hoseok move into his new house and out of his mom's place.

"Nope. I don't know what's up with him," I sighed.

"Nothing happened between the two of you right?" Hoseok asked.

"Not that I know of. Oh god, what if he's mad at me?" I groaned.

"If nothing happened, then there is no reason for him to be mad. Have you gone to his company?" He asked.

"Several times. Everyone said that they haven't seen them and that he's been gone for a month," I replied hopelessly.

"Maybe he's super busy," Hoseok said.

"I thought the same, but even if he was super busy, I'd still know that he's okay," I persisted.

We'd been together for six months.

That's pretty serious right?

He wouldn't up and leave without a reason right?

Or maybe he didn't want to deal with a freak girlfriend.

Hoseok could tell that my mind was all over the place, "Do you want to go look for him again?"

I gave a halfhearted smile, "It's fine. I just have to be patient until I can know for sure."

Hoseok pouted, "But we've been moving boxes since eight in the morning and we haven't left the house. Let's go and stretch our legs a bit."

I couldn't resist his pleading face.

"Fine. But we're going there my way," I compromised.

"But your way is scary," he pouted.

"Should've thought of that," I shrugged.

Hoseok motioned towards my fighting clothes, "Do you need those?"
