I finished the work week, continuing to avoid Yoongi.
But every time I thought about him my heart clenched.
I needed to talk to him, but I had no idea what to say.
But for now I was focused on getting ready to go out with Hoseok.
It had been a while since we'd spent time together.
It was warm outside so I decided to dress accordingly.

"You're getting out of the house?" Doyum asked in shock.
"I have a social life you know. With one person sure, but that doesn't matter," I protested.
"But isn't it two? Yoongi really misses you," Doyum said.
I sighed, "I miss him too."
I pulled Doyum into a hug and then grabbed my keys and left.
Hoseok was walking towards me.
"Hobi!" I squealed.
"So I have news," he said.
I gave him a questioning look.
"So you remember how I was trying to open my own dance studio? Well I got the space!" He exclaimed.
"Oh my god that's amazing! I told you!" I gave him a huge hug.
"Don't hug me yet. You may want to take that hug back in a second," he rubbed his neck. He stepped out of the way and unveiled Yoongi standing awkwardly behind him.
I could feel a lump form in my throat.
"I'm not ready for this," I whispered.
"Well you've got to be ready. He just wants to talk," Hoseok pleaded.
I swallowed hard, walking towards Yoongi. But neither of us could say anything.
Hoseok getting irritated by the tension, stepped in between the two of us, and started walking.
Yoongi and I followed, refusing to make eye contact with one another.
We walked into the city for a bit, the awkwardness extremely uncomfortable.
Hoseok's face lit up when he saw something.
"Dahye come on let's go dance!" He begged.
I looked at the poster he saw. Apparently at a park nearby they were having a dance party and anyone brave enough was allowed to go on the main stage and dance.
Dance was more Hoseok's thing, but being around him all the time and with how much I trained, I picked up a knack for dancing.
