Arabella's POV
It took thirty minutes to go to the club. I was in the passenger seat with the driver and my two sisters was in the back seat. When we got in to the club everything was on full swing. The music was in blast forcefully making everyone to dance in it’s rhythm of beats. Sweaty bodies were dancing and grinding on each other on the dance floor. Everything was smelling of alcohol. We got on the VIP area on the upstairs and it didn’t took much of a time for Susannah to find her boyfriend.
They met each other on her first year of med school. And from then they became friends, than best friends. Then he asked her out and finally asked her to be his girlfriend on her third year. And from then they are quite a power couple of our family. Now today he is going to propose her to be his wife.
Sometimes I even get jealous of them. Just look at this two, always inseparable and love each other like a mad person, like they will not be able to live with out each other. And I am truly happy that my sister got someone like Sebastian as her lover.
I got out of my daydreaming when Marissa tugged on my hand. I looked at the couple and they were still busy with their greetings of kisses and hugs. I looked at Marissa with my eyebrows raised as if asking what.
“You are gawking at them creepily and your face is telling me that you were daydreaming.” She said me with a teasing face. I gave off a laugh for her statement and her teasing face.
“Yeah I indeed was sort of daydreaming about something. Specially them.” I confessed to her.
“Hmm... So what was the daydreaming about?” she asked me humming.
“Mary, look they both are so lovely together. And they love each other so much. Sometimes I even wonder that if I am going to get some one who will love me as both of them love each other. And you know, I am so happy for Suzy that she got the love of her life.” I confessed to her gesturing toward the couple.
“You might get someone better than Sebastian.” She said to me in an encouraging voice.
“I might get someone worse than Sebastian.” I countered her reply.
“Might be but hopefully not.” She shrugged her shoulder.
“And that sounds really cliché, and you are sounding like a girl of the movies hopelessly romantic.” She said teasing me.
“A girl can only dream.” I said to her with a dramatic face and deep voice.
She burst out laughing from my answer and I couldn’t keep my composure and joined her.
At that time Sebastian came in front of us with an amused face and a smile plastered on his face.
“Hey girls what are you laughing about?” he asked us.I recomposed my posture and faced him with a blank face and said in a dead cold voice, “ You.”
His eyes got wide slightly and panic came written on his face. And then Marissa dropped the bomb.
“Because you are giving off an aura. And that aura is telling both of us that you are going to mess up everything tonight for your panic attack, you are having now.” She said it with a stern face.
“Seriously girls! You nearly gave me a panic attack.” He exclaimed more like dramatically with his hands on his chest.“Yeah just kidding bro.” I said to him as he engulfed Marissa in a hug. He let her go and stand in front of me.
“How are you brother-in-law?” I asked him as he engulfed me in a hug.
“Good.” He answered as he let me go.
“You really did not messed up everything did you?” I asked him teasingly. And in response he playfully rolled his eyes. He lead both of us to a private area away from the music and drunk people. The seat that he booked was a round white couch with a round glass table in the middle and it was covered with sheer curtains. We took our places on the couch, while the two lovebirds sat on the opposite side.
