Arabella's POV
One month passed away in a blink of my eyes. In this one month I was completely devastated. Both Alexander and my brother tried to contact me but I didn't talked to them. My parents so does my sister know what my brother did, and they are pretty much angry at him for that.
One happy thing happened in this one month is my best friends Paulyne and Kane came over New York. They are now living with me in my house.
I was in the living room with my MacBook doing my thesis on Scandinavian architecture, which I completely forgot for the past three months, but half of that was completed before the beginning of my internship. I like Scandinavian but my most favourite is Victorian architecture. It's different yet so beautiful then others.
A loud giggle came from the hallway soon my best friend emerged in the living room wearing a a beige sweater and a plaid skirt with Kane behind her wearing a denim shirt with black pants. They look so adorable with each other.
" What are you doing here both of you?" I asked narrowing my eyes toward them. They were supposed to go out today have a date and so on.
"Yeah we are going out. Don't worry." Kane said going after his girlfriend. I went toward them from seating on the sofa with my MacBook, and hugged both of them goodbye. That time I remembered that I need to run some errands not important but why not? I can clear my now jammed brain outside.
After twenty minutes I found myself standing in front of Walmart. I shrugged my shoulder and entered in, I took a shopping cart and started dumping whatever I need.
Tampon check.
Cereal check .
Loaf check.
'Now what?' I thought to myself tapping my chin leaning over the cart, when I felt a persons presence coming toward me. At first I didn't bothered to look toward the person but the familiar tone of their voice made me look at them. The person was no one other than Xavier Roosevelt in business attire with a long black coat shrugged over.
"What are you doing here on work hour?" He questioned me in his deep voice.
"A pleasant surprise Xavier. But what are you doing here?" I asked smiling at him at all which he laughed and sobered up immediately.
"I saw you entering here, so thought why not talk to you? Now answer mine." He said stuffing his hands in his pant pocket.
