I grimace in pain as I adjust myself on the kitchen stool, catching my best friends attention.

"Are you okay sweetie?" Nadine giggles at me as she takes a sip of her herbal tea.

"Yeah. It's just my shoulder," I lie. No it's actually much further down.

Dante and I made love so much this morning that I can barely sit down without feeling the soreness. It probably didn't help that he went the roughest in me yet. There was a moment I was worried he was going to literally split me in two.

Nadine eyes me suspiciously now as she drinks her tea and I smirk at her as I roll my eyes. I've missed my best friend so much. I glance down at her swollen belly and I feel utter happiness for her. I'm glad that something positive happened in the last five months. Dante and Jax come barging through the front door, back from their late morning run. Dante walks up to me and leans over to give me a kiss before walking to the refrigerator to grab a bottle of water.

"Damn Kat! What'd you do to my mate this morning? He's all amped up," Jax laughs and puts an arm around me, giving me a squeeze.

I grimace from my still sore shoulder and he gives me an apologetic smile as he makes his way over to his wife. I'm still sad that I missed out on their wedding. Not because I would've been the maid of honor, but because I missed out on my best friend marrying the love of her life. Someone that I owe so much to for being there for Dante his whole life and especially the last five months.

Dante walks back to me and lifts me up off of the stool into his arms, and places me on his lap when he sits down. I smile down at him as I press my lips to him lovingly. He tightens his arms around me, deepening the kiss.

"Ahem! My goodness this wasn't missed at all the last five months," Nadine mocks and both Dante and I flip her the bird while in the middle of kissing each other.

"Oh leave them alone honey. Five months is a long time and they've got a lot of catching up to do," Jax tells her with a kiss to her temple.

Suddenly I hear a loud gasp and turn to see Skye standing in the kitchen doorway, eyes wide. I'm frozen in place because for the last month and a half she's never seen this side of me. The lovey dovey, sitting on a man's lap in a promiscuous way.

"Katarina, you are a little sex addict aren't you? I think you may be a bad influence for me," she teases in her native tongue and I quickly jump off of Dante's lap and smirk.

"I'm a grown ass adult and what do you know about sex and addictions?" I scold her in Arabic and she goes red. I walk up to her and pinch her cheek, kiss her temple and give her a hug.

"You're still too young to know about any of this. Enjoy your innocence and your youth little one," I tell her sweetly and she smiles up at me with a nod.

"Okay! Not all of us speak Arabic here so can we get a translation? Or is it something juicy you don't want all of us knowing?" Nadine eyes us suspiciously.
