Duke Of Power:The man whom wields technology as his greatest weapon, the Duke Of Power is someone you just don't cross paths with. Cold and logical, this young man uses his ability of morphing any technology near him to frighten the citizens of Fic-City out of their money. His only adversaries in his quest for fear, power, and recognition are the Alta Heroes and the police force led by Commissioner Lovecraft and Lieutenant Carter. The morphing technology powers he has represent the modern life we and Fic-City live in and how much it's advancing as well as his power being a representation of what he wants to achieve. The more good he is at his job, the more likely he is to be recognized. Despite his frightening exterior, the most important line that he won't cross is killing innocent people as that's not the person whom he wants to be. The same can be said about his rival/occasional partner Glamorous Beauty as these two villains aren't Fearmeister or any person who enjoys hurting people for their own sadistic pleasure. Speaking of Glamorous Beauty, he is annoyed by her sassiness but respects and tolerates her due to their similar professions. What's also surprising about this villain is his rare acts of kindness such as when he gives his stolen money to those who need it more then him. As you may have guessed, Duke never wants anyone to see this side of him as he may give things to others but that's only because he felt like it. While, in reality, he saw a lot of who he once was in those people and, in his own way, wanted to prevent another person from becoming him. As best said by himself;"One Duke Of Power is enough for this city to deal with. It doesn't need another." In regards to the Alta Heroes, his annoyance towards their constant foiling of his plans causes him to try everything in his power to find a way to beat them but not kill them. The main reason for this is because the young heroes give him a good challenge, people whom help him develop better plans as well as help him learn from his failures. It can be said that he takes Fearmeister's role as top villain of the series, someone who values the difficulties fighting the Alta Heroes brings him and a villain who may not be such a villain after all.

Glamorous Beauty:Now, there were many names that this character had. First, there was Princess Charming. Then, there was Miss Charming. I didn't use those names because they were taken names in literature and the name she has right now just popped into my head. I mean, come on. She's a magic user and she's drop dead gorgeous. What's not to love? Plus, she's like all those other villainess characters who make bad look good. Just ask Maleficent and Poison Ivy. The secondary arch enemy of the Alta Heroes, Glamorous Beauty uses her charm and proficiency in magic in her robberies while keeping the police annoyed as usual. One of her qualities is her sassy and cocky attitude which she displays on a regular basis, wether its when she's committing her acts of stealing, fighting the Alta Heroes, and interacting with the Duke Of Power whom she annoys on a regular basis.  Though, despite her arrogance, she's quite intelligent in terms of combat and robbery as well as being very quick witted and agile in a fight. What does she want, you wonder? Simple, just jewels and other valuable goods like perfumes and dresses. What more could a girl like her want?

The Hunter:One of the other random characters that came into my head as another character for the series, The Hunter isn't who you'd think of when you'd think of a "hunter". Yes, she does have the attitude, skill, and proficiency of a hunter but she mainly hunts valuables and other things worthy of her attention and need. She's a thief at heart and unlike the two other villains, The Hunter works alone and works alone only as well as kills whoever gets in her way. Lieutenant Carter is at the top of her hate list as she'll take whatever opportunity she can to kill him. Concerning the Alta Heroes, she tries to keep a low profile and stay out of their radar as much as possible, the same being said for the Duke Of Power and Glamorous Beauty.
