The chilling adventures: of Toni and Clarke

Day 168 of Senior year.

"Cmon Toni were gonna be late." Clarke said pleading with Toni to get ready quicker. "We're supposed to be taking last minute year book photos today. I need to look good." Toni said from her bathroom, of which was connected to her bedroom. "You always look good now cmon." Clarke said still pleading. "Just one minute please." Toni said. "Okay fine, but only because you'll look hot no matter what you wear." Clarke said laying back on Toni's bed. After a few more minutes Toni came out in a black and white floral dress, not too flashy but not to underdressed, of course they were accompanied by her black high tip vans, And her hair was down, kinda wavy. "Woah." Clarke said as she sat up and looked at Toni. Toni's cheeks were rosey. "Now we can get this show on the road."

They left for school, Clarke got the car door for Toni as usual and they left.

When they got to school all the seniors were on the quad taking group photos for the last page of the yearbook. "I cant believe there's only 12 more days until highschool is over" Toni said in disbelief. "Me either. This past year went by so fast."Clarke replied.
They took final pictures together and then went to first period- one of their last classes, all senior classes ended at the end of the week so- next week it was all seniors skipping or cleaning out their lockers. For Toni and Clarke I was preparing for their graduation-but first, Prom.

while everyone was worrying about pictures and prom, they didn't have a clue what hell would be brought upon Toni just a little later that day

Later that day Toni was sitting in her room when she heard the doorbell rang, so she went to get it. She opened the door and it revealed Emily, Toni hadn't seen her in a while because she was away looking at colleges. "Oh hey Emily-" Toni said smiling- but before she could get out another word Emily kissed her. Toni stood there for a second in shock as Emily kissed her and then pushed her away. "Dude, what the fuck?!" Toni said. "I'm sorry, I just- I need to tell you how I feel. I cant watch you with Clarke anymore, she isnt who you think she is." Emily said. "I dont know what kind of twisted game you think this is Emily but I love Clarke." Toni said as she readyed herself to slam the door in Emily's face. "please. Just listen to me." She pleaded. "Why should I." Toni said. "Just- look at this." Emily said as she took out her phone and pulled up a picture; it was Clarke- with another girl... They were kissing. "What the fuck" Toni said as she grabbed the phone from Emily. "She's been lying to you; that photo is from just over a month ago." Emily said. "She was in New York a month ago-" Toni looked up at Emily. "How did you get this." Toni demanded answers and she stepped out onto her porch and closed the door behind her. "Someone else from the school was in New York when she was- they emailed me." Emily said as Toni handed her the phone back. Toni had tears in her eyes but she wouldnt let a single one fall. "Thank you for telling me, but dont kiss me again, unless I ask you to." Toni said. "Understood, if you need to talk you know where to find me" Emily said and then she walked off. Toni went back inside and up to her room. She sat on the edge of her bed and starred at the floor for about 5 minutes trying not to break down. "Im so stupid" Toni said. "No, your not." Clarke said from the door way. "I rang the doorbell but you didnt answer- so I just..." Clarke said as She sat on the bed next to Toni. "what's wrong?" She continued. "I don't wanna go to prom." She said. "Huh?- but it's your last highschool party ever..." Clarke said confused. "You were so excited... What changed?" Clarke asked. "I just don't want to go okay!" Toni said aggressively. "Jesus. Okay.... I'm still going; and im gonna come by to pick you up in case you change your mind.-" Clarke said as she got up. Then she left and Toni was left alone with her thoughts.
