"You're the apple to my eye." He winked. I playfully rolled my eyes. I giggled at that. The fact that I've been stuffing apples in his mouth for quite some time.
"And you're the missing piece to my pie." I looked up at him with a gummy smile before...
"Mieleanna! Ms. Cheryl is downstairs right now." I stood up as fast as I can. I began to stumble a bit, I was seeing colours. I regained focus and ran downstairs.
"Mieleanna! Are you alright?" One of the maids, Barbara, holding me. She must've seen me stumble.
"Yes, I'm fine. I just got up too fast." I smiled, balancing myself again as I headed towards the closet.
I put the outfit on my bed and jumped into the shower. The warm water hitting my back, my stitches burnt but it was worth it.

I popped on my outfit and ran downstairs, trying not to fall. I watched at Cheryl turned around with a smile.
"Cheryl!" I cheered. Isn't it shocking how she was literally the one person I hated but now she's like okay?
I'm surprised she got ready. I took a look at my outfit and shrugged. Not what I usually wear but oh well.

"You ready?" She asked, I stared at her confused.
"We have 2 events today. One, shopping with me and two a huge formal engagement party." She flashed me her fingers formed in a number 2 form.
"We're going shopping?" I asked, Cheryl nodded. She threw me my keys and I caught them with worry. If I ever dropped the keys, I would panic.
I walked downstairs and ran back up. I changed my clothes. Fuck, I'm not that fit.

Since there was the 'wear heels wherever you go' policy, I hid my shoes in my bag. I ran downstairs and headed towards my car.
"Can I invite some of my friends?" I asked, she looked towards the ground then looked back up with a smile.
"Sure."
"Don't worry. They won't hate you. I will make sure y'all get along." I shrugged with a smile, she smiled back as she got in the passenger seat.
I went to my messages and added everyone in it. Cheryl, Grace, Natalie, Jace, Issac, Caleb, and I. I named it 'Unexpected Turns'. Cheesy but oh well.

I turned off my notifications, for what I can see this group was going to be annoying. I drove to Grace's house first. She would be so happy. I watched as she closed the door behind, her smile was as huge as the moon. She hopped into the car, her smile fading.
"So, you remember me?" She said bluntly, trying to hide her excitement.
"Grace Lanaza Trew, the girl who saved 3 lives just by slicing a criminal's neck. I'm pretty sure that's enough proof, right?" I smiled, driving to Natalie's.
"Thank god." Grace sighed in relief, hugging me from the back seat.
"How you doing, Cheryl?" Grace slightly nodded towards Cheryl's kidney.
"Good, I guess. I just got out." She shrugged, looking out the window.
I watched as Natalie jumped in the backseat with Grace. Grace told Natalie everything and they cheered, loudly, in the back. I knew that Jace and Issac were at Caleb's because I mean, they are best buddies after all.
I wanted to marry Caleb, in all honestly. I love him. I just can't admit it. He will make fun of me and boom! I've fallen for the player and I know, I will hate myself for that. That's what he wants me to do anyways but I can't do that. I don't want to risk my heart being left and broken all because of one guy. I mean, we are literally only like 17-18. We don't know what love is but still. This felt awesome. Excitement swam throughout my entire body. Why am I so happy all a sudden?
I chuckled at the thought.
"So, have any of you lost your virginity yet?" Cheryl blurted, Grace and Natalie let out a burst of laughter. I nervously nodded, remembering that night with Caleb.
"Yuppers, except for Miel. Also why the sudden question?" Grace shrugged, tapping my shoulder. I didn't want to tell them but like, I'm too happy to admit to. I evilly laughed and everything went silent in the car.
"Actually." I smirked, the girls squealed. I made sure to pop the 'actually'. I stopped the car and waited for the guys to come in.
"It was when I came out of the hospital after the drugs thingy and we all had a nice celebration." I smiled widely, their eyes were big. They screamed even louder, maybe even loud enough to burst your eardrums.
"So like, you know how I asked if I could stay at Cal-" Before I could finish the guys jumped in. Grace, Natalie, and Cheryl all made the 'ooh' sound. I turned back towards the road to hide my blushing cheeks. I covered my face with my one hand as I kept my other one on the wheel.
"So, Miel. As you were saying before the guys got in, what happened at Caleb's house?" Grace squealed, causing everyone's attention to Caleb and I. All the girls in the vehicle screamed with happiness even more.
"N-nothing." I stuttered, beginning to drive towards the mall.
"Mhm, girls. You know what we have to do when we get to the mall." Natalie smirked, I face palmed myself.
"What exactly is happening here?" Issac asked, pointing at Caleb and I. My face turned redder than a pink rose.
"Oh, you know. The usual." Cheryl wiggles her brows, nudging my elbow. I playfully rolled my eyes.
"You know, all your life's are in my hands right now? I could easily kill all of you." I joked, everyone finally stayed silent.
I parked at the mall and Grace pulled me where the other girls were. The guys behind us. All of us locked arms.
"So, tell us!" They screamed, my cheeks flushed with embarrassment.
"Fine." I groaned, looking back at Caleb and turned back with a smile.
"We kind of-"
