I quickly got up, trying not to wake up Caleb. I quietly asked all the maids to leave. I grabbed my keys and my phone and quietly closed the door. I tip toed my way to Cheryl's room. She wasn't there. I let out a sigh and ran downstairs. I looked in the kitchen. Kevin and my mom were sitting down having a cup of coffee but no sigh of Cheryl.
Wait. Kevin and my mom were in the kitchen. I remembered that Caleb was in my room. Shit. Fuck. I let out a frustrated sigh. They looked towards me with a serious face. Fuck, they know.
"Good morning." I nervously smiled and ran. I was still in my pajamas and slippers. Whatever. I ran towards my car and drove to Grace's.

I got out of my car and ran up the stairs to Grace's house. I opened the door and saw Cheryl, Natalie, Issac, and Jace huddled around the table. They all turned to look at me.
"Finally your here. What were y'all doing last night?" Grace sighed, pulling me over to the table where everyone was.
"I don't know. I don't remember." I rubbed my head to lessen the pain from the pounding headache.
"Well, you realize it's your boyfriend's birthday right?" Cheryl furrowed her brows. I looked at everyone. Why did they all look worried?
"Why do you all look so worried or sad?" Issac looked up and looked me in the eye.
"He's picky. We don't know what to do for his birthday. He's been like this from they say he was born. None of his birthdays ever impressed him." My eyes widened. I sat down. Never mind. I'm also worried.
"Well, what do we do?" I sighed. They all shrugged.
"Not only that but your going to university soon. Grace told us everything. You don't know how sad Caleb will get. He's also going to university but you guys will not be seeing each other for a while. Which means you guys will be in a long distance relationship." Jace sighed and rubbed his face in frustration.
"Fuck. I forgot about that." I placed my arms on the table and hid my head in them. What are we going to do?
It has been about 10 minutes of us sitting here in frustration. I looked at the clock. It was fucking two in the morning. What the fuck? I thought it was like 4. I slammed my fists on the table. Everyone opened their tired eyes.
"A surprise party." I nodded my head with an evil smile. Issac groaned and went back to sleep. Jace began considering it while Grace fell asleep on Jace's shoulder. Natalie also went back to sleep.
"That might not be a bad idea," Jace slowly began nodded and rubbing his chin.
"He never had a surprise birthday party before. If we did a surprise birthday party, he wouldn't know." Jace cheered, waking Grace up.
I cringed, "That's why it's called a surprise birthday party." He looked at me and face palmed himself.
"Shut up. Anyways, we shouldn't pay attention to Caleb. Don't even greet him happy birthday. Miel, when you get back home, pretend to be annoyed and leave then come back to Grace's. Cheryl will do the same. Cheryl will take him shopping to distract him from trying to find all of us." I nodded. Not bad, Jace.
"I'll come with Cheryl." Issac lazily raised his hand. He looked up at all of us.
"Grace, Natalie, and Jace will stay here and get everything ready. Miel. I don't know what your doing just don't mention anything about going to university." Issac put his hand through his hair and clapped his hands.
"We begin the plan at 4, so then we can get around 1-2 hours of sleep before we begin." Issac added.
"Okay?"
