"Wait, you're joining the Cleaning Squad, des?" asked Sol, before grabbing a triangle of rice from her plate.

"Yes," sighed Friction, picking on her Japanese curry rice.

"I swear to God, yall are gonna make a mess," said Alabama, sipping on her coke like a true American.

The bright sunlight outside of the large windows poured into one of the only restaurants in the school, students and teachers filled the place.

Sol pointed at the large table across the place," In fact, those girls are all going to clean this afternoon."

Friction and Alabama both looked up from their meals, staring at that table.

There were girls with exotic styles, girls with nothing special and everything in between.

"It's quite a rare site to see such a diverse bunch together in harmony desu," commented Sol softly, her smile faded as her eyes moved to the side of their table. "See that girl sitting on the far end of the table?"

"Yea?" replied Friction and Alabama.

"That's Sato Yui, she was in the same class as me..." grunted Sol, "... until I had to repeat."

"Ha!" smirked Alabama, "You jealous?"

"Lya des," said Sol, "She was difficult to deal with desu."

Friction stared at the girl Sol was referring to. She had chestnut brown hair that reached the middle of her back, her dull brown eyes were almost as large as Sol's. In short, she resembled a background character instead of a protagonist. Why was she even here? "She doesn't look intimidating at all."

"Do not judge her just by her looks," said Sol, "She's a snake."

It was hard to believe her words, she appeared so harmless as she was speaking casually to another Asian girl beside her.

...

The cleaning squad huddled in front of a bunch of cleaning supplies. The freshmen looked at them with disgust, either because they had never cleaned their whole lives or it reminded them of their tragic backstories.

Then, a grown woman walked into the noisy hall. Her long brown hair and long gray skirt flapped after her as walked to the students. She gave them a dead glare and the hall went silent.

"Good afternoon, students." She greeted, "I'll be monitoring you all today, and you have to do as I say."

Friction looked at this woman, even though she was not much taller than herself, she looked like she could kill you with that fierce glare. The indifferent expression on her face didn't help either.

"The preparation work in the hall is easier than the work in the outdoors," said the woman, "so, will the seniors be so kind as to leave the easy work for your juniors?"

The seniors all nodded silently.

"Juniors, I'll stay here and give you directions."

"Yes," they all said quietly.

"Good, the seniors can go do your duties now."

The seniors all walked out in haste.

The lady gestured towards the cleaning supplies and the girls each picked something.

Alabama picked a bucket of soapy water and a towel, meanwhile both Sol and Friction picked up a broomstick.

Then, Alabama to scrub the floor like one of those girls in a "carwash".

"Clean properly!" yelled the woman, staring at Alabama, "Also, put your hair up next time!"

Sol and Friction sighed in relief, they both put their hair up today.

The door busted open, there stood a very angry teenager. Her short brown hair flew behind her, her face was red. "ALABAMA! STAND HERE!"

Alabama stood up, "Who the fuck is she yall?"

"It's Ingy, Francis' official girlfriend. You whore!" she rolled up her sleeves.

"Oh no! She's the girl who was talking to Yui earlier deus~" gasped Sol.

Everyone stopped what they were doing, the grown woman walked up to Ingy and Alabama, "You two! Do this one more time and I'll send you to the principal's office."

"I did nothing -" whined Alabama.

"Back to your positions, both of you."

Ingy rolled her eyes, "Fine... see you in the sports ground at six this evening!" she said to the platinum blonde.
