"I think myself an honest man; of trust and devotion to that of my country and family.

Yet, and yet, I hath seen the seeds of evil, take root in my honest friend, whom hath equal love and hope for all in Scotland!

I see these seeds take root and flower; sweet poison seeps from his lips as lies, bewitched by three spirits Hell bound.

And yet, I speak nothing of these dark sculptured ravens that fly and squawk dark memories.

Have I thus abandoned my good mortal skin and transferred my soul into that of the dark material that hides evil, sleepless deeds?

Perhaps I have allowed my hope to cloud his true person that has twisted like old, gnarled roots at the base of grand oak trees?

But then there is my fate. My gold cladded fate which hath devoted to my son, and his, of royal and grand intent.

This doth unnerve my very being and doth unnerve my once intent mind.

Shall I turn too?

Macbeth be my left limbs; essential to my blood and that of my heart.  Now that it feels that his spirit is tearing away from mine it seems that he is but a ghost to me; silent and untouchable from the physical as well as the workings of heart and trumpeting voice.

He moves like the night... silent ...and the night cloaks this. I wish not that on my Godly nature and red, whole heart!

I think of it all still! Demons of malice toy with my mind and emotions.

"Macbeth hath evil!"

"Banquo will too!"

But, I endure. Thus peace settles and calms my nerves.

Love awakens the whiteness that lies within my very soul! The black void is chased away by the harmony of angels and the face, the face of my bony, beautiful wife.

Fleance is the light that evades the space that Macbeth blankets with darkness.

Macbeth! Macbeth! Macbeth!

Shall be my friend, no more

As he brings out the devil in me.

I wrote and performed this in my English class so this isn't just meant as a story; something that you'd watch or speak aloud. I was really proud of it and so I decided to upload to wattpad. For copyright purposes, please do not copy or use this peace whether it be on your wattpad page or at school as it is both my creative work and only my interpretation of the role of Banquo in Macbeth. Thanks for the support and thanks for reading!!!
