Chapter 32

I know he's up to something...
Aph was hold of my hand, telling them of our old childhood together.
However, I wasn't really listening, just glaring at Garroth who seemed far too pally with Laurence.
I mean, he hit the guy...what sort of person just forgets that?!
"Oooo, so Mr dark had a bright side eh?"
Lucinda chuckles, sipping from her coca cola can.
"Hm?"
I looked to her
"Ha, ha, ha...so funny"
I glared
Kawaii~Chan giggled, her tail saying lovingly.
"Kawaii~Chan would like to see Zane~Kun happier"
She looked to me with a glimmer in her eyes and a somewhat sparkle.
I couldn't help but gulp.
"Hhhh, it was a long time ago"
I stated.
"Heh, then what happened to him?"
Aph questioned as she passed me a drink.
Gratefully taking it i sighed
"That Zane wasn't half blinded by his brother by a FUCKING SNOWBALL"
I grumbled before sipping my drink.
"...whaaaaaat, you're blind?!"
Lucinda said enthusiastically, seeming overjoyed at something so fowl.
"Yes?...it isn't obvious?"
I questioned
"No!"
Lucinda yelled
Shocking....
Peeling back my fringe there I exposed my bloodshot, limp and rather misty eye to them.
"Woah...how does it feel?"
Kawaii~Chan asked.
Heh...why were they all do intrigued?
All of hem wanted to see it, Lucinda, Aph, Kawaii~Chan, even Travis.
"Pretty numb"
I replied as the Casanova I mentioned came strutting over.
"Hey ladies~"
He purred before I turned round, narrowing my eyes with my fridge still up.
Jolting, he jumped back in both shock and disgust.
At that reaction I quickly covered my eye back up.
"Hm...and that's why i hide it"
Aph gave him a glare.
"What? It freaked me out"
Travis said
"It isn't that bad"
Kawaii~Chan stated as I rolled my eyes.
"Sure..."
I mumbled.
The sun was burning against my back, making me continuously sweat under the hoodie.
"See you've gone and upset him!"
Lucinda snarled slightly.
Travis growled to himself and stormed off to god knows where behind me.
"Hmph...don't worry Zane...I think your eye is unique"
Aph stated.
Smiling behind my mask she scruffed my hair softly.
However, that was cut short as Travis had now got the hosepipe and was now spraying it at us.
Typically they screamed and I grunted, not exactly expecting the sudden cold impact.
Infuriated i turned and glared at him, my clothes soaking.
"Grrrr!"
He grinned, seeming to hardly acknowledge me as he shot the water at many of our other guests.
Urgh!
I hate boys like him, thinking they're IT all the time.
Smack a girls backside and expects them to fall head over heals for him?! Yeah right!
It's about time someone put him in his place...and I had an idea.
Aph was rinsing her hair when I went over to her and whispered my tittle scheme to her.
She too grinned devilishly, giving the occasional giggle.
Heading off in front of Travis, providing a good enough distraction I snuck up behind him.
Quiet and steady I was, ready to leap into the jaws of hell.
Oh but boy will I love seeing the look on his face.
As soon as he seemed distracted enough I snatched the hose, peeled the back of his swimming trucks open and shot the freezing water against his backside.
He yelped loudly, almost jumping to the sky as he ran off from me.
Garroth smiled as I laughed devilishly.
"What the fuck was that for!?"
Travis snapped
"For being a dick!"
I yelled, chasing him with the hose as he ran away frantically.
Soon enough the entire yard was running from me, giggling and laughing like preschoolers.
"IMA GET YA!"
I giggled.
They smiled at me...all of them...for once people were happy around me!
Even Travis...
As I got Nicole cornered she screamed.
"Not the hair!"
Before I could spray her the water was cut from the hose, Katelyn's father having came out with a tray of refreshments.
Of course, him being a well experienced father wasn't at all scared of intruding on our excitement, but, never the less I was thirsty.
Katelyn ran over.
"Daaaad"
She grumbled
"Tea?"
He only replied with.
She giggled softly before hugging him.
"Thank you...but no thanks, this is fine"
She stated as he scruffed her hair softly and kissed it.
I watched, envying her father...why couldn't mine be like that?
As I dropped the hose everyone scurried over, chatting together as Eric watched.
"Jesus, you're all soaking wet...come on inside, we can get you lot a change of clothes"
He chuckled, gesturing to the minority of us wearing clothing and not our swimwear.
"Hold on, hold on!"
Sylvanna yelled, coming out with a camera.
"I want a photo"
She smiled.
Before I knew it Aphmau was hugging me, holding me in a frozen position while everyone quickly got into the frame...even Vylad and Garroth did.
I couldn't really smile but...I poked up bunny ears behind Aph's head in return, making her mother giggle.
Aaron, to say the least stood behind us, giving a small smile at the camera.
Garroth, being lifted onto Laurence's shoulders was having to bend down to keep in the frame, giggling as Laurence was trying to steady himself.
Vylad was holding hands with Dante who seemed captivated at the sights.
Travis (as expected) was being flirtatious, and at the very last minute he pinched the back of Katelyn's backside, making her jolt out of her pose and start attacking him.
Sure the picture was taken...but them two were nothing but a hilarious blur.
