Third POV.

"Hello?" Ruth spoke down the phone, she heard a sharp intake of breath before the person exhaled. "Hello? Emma?"

"Ruth?" Emma asked.

"Well, of course it's me. Who else would ring you?" She snapped, then winced. "Sorry, every time we speak, I'm nasty to you. And if you ask my family, I'm usually not like this." Emma shuddered on the other line, she had to bite back her jealousy. Ruth wasn't hers, in fact she never was, and Emma will always regret that.

"It's alright, I get where you're coming from." Ruth rolled her eyes but bit back her snarky comment.

"Anyway, I need to talk to you about New York." Emma hummed, and Ruth carried on. "I don't know if I should come."

"What?" Emma shouted, Ruth sighed in frustration. "Why not?"

"Because, I don't know you, and as much as I'd like it, I know nothing about my biological brother. I should just leave it, and pretend I never spoke to you. But if I do that, I'll never forgive myself. I want to get to know Henry, and his adoptive mother, but I'm worried." She confessed, Emma hid her hurt and spoke down the phone collectively.

"I understand, but this will be the best time for you to get to know your real family," Ruth clenched her hand into a fist, it glowed slightly. "Henry's excited to meet you, and so am I. I want to get to know my daughter, I want to get to know you kid." Ruth huffed.

"Okay. But don't make me regret this, Emma." She spoke down the phone. Emma smiled slightly while going to speak again. However, that plan was stopped the minute she heard a bang on the other side of the phone. "Shit. Right, I need to go, bye Emma. See you soon."

Ruth shot up from her bed and ran to the bathroom, where the bang came from. She saw Caroline and Elena banging on the door. "Bonnie! Bonnie! Bonnie! Open the door!"

Ruth ran next to Caroline, said girl gripped the younger girl's arm, tightly. The door opened, and Bonnie was saw, she had an emotionless look on her beautiful face as she sat up. Ruth looked to the trio of girls in confusion and slight irritation.

"What the hell just happened? Are you guys okay?" Ruth asked the girls, her blonde best friend and her sister nodded.

"I'm fine." Bonnie spoke monotonously, Ruth looked at her in confusion.

"Unbelievable. You were totally faking it." Caroline glared at the girl while taking her hand of Ruth's pale wrist.

"Caroline, come on." Ruth was very confused.

"No! You scared the hell out of me."

"Bon Bon?" Ruth asked after seeing the look on the girl's face.

"I'm fine. Everything's fine." She started walking to the stairs, the girls followed Bonnie in confusion. Caroline spoke to herself, Ruth ignored it, as did Elena and Bonnie.

You okay, Bon Bon? You're acting weird." Ruth admitted, she had no idea what was going on but she was worried for her friend who was acting strange.

"I must go." Dumbfounded, Ruth watched the girl get ready to leave.

"She's leaving. I'm leaving."

"You guys are sitting your asses down, so we can have a sleepover." Ruth snapped in irritation. Bonnie ignored her while Caroline glared at Bonnie.

"Watch me not sit my ass down and leave. I've had enough freaky fake witch stuff for one night."

"Thank you for having me. I'll take it from here."
