Olivia could not explain enough just how heavy the black dustbin bag was. She found herself pulling it as hard as she could the moment she walked out of the door. Cleaning wasn't exactly as easy as she had wished it was especially since she had to do it alone, even though the house was extremely small. It was to her advantage anyway, all that cleaning had made her forget her problems just for a short while.

Olivia drew a deep breath as she slowly dropped the bag on the ground. She was halfway close to the front gate but she knew she needed to rest. She drew a deep breath, cleaning off the beads of sweat from her forehead as the sun shone directly on her. This was one reason she missed being at the mansion. She'd have given anything to be under all that air conditioning one more time at that moment.

You're almost there Olivia, get the trash to the gate.

Thank God Grace was asleep. At least she didn't have to worry about her running around. All she needed to do was drop the bag outside and go back inside for a quick nap. Olivia exhaled and then bent over for the bag again.

"Hey hey hey," she heard a voice yell as someone rushed to her before she could even say anything else. "Let me help you."

"Oh no, it's fine." She insisted just as Felix picked up the bag from the ground with one lift. "You don't have to." Olivia didn't want to bother anyone.

"Nah, it's fine." He assured her with a warm smile on his face. "Geez, what do you guys eat in that house?"

Olivia scoffed and then returned his smile just as she watched him turn around and then head to the white gate with the bag, walking behind him as slow as she could, trying so hard not to get in his way.

Olivia watched him drop the bag just beside the gate. It had to be any moment from then till the dispose trucks came. Thank God she didn't have to carry that bag anywhere farther. The smile on her face widened as she watched him hurry back into the small compound.

"Thank you so much Felix." She wished she didn't have to smile so bright. "You always know when to help me. Amy would have helped but since she's on a night shift today as well,"

Felix scoffed.

"I can't help it. It's just one of my charms. Being your white knight is actually becoming a habit. We should plan on what my pay cheque should look like from now on."

Olivia chuckled.

"We should." She nodded. Her laughter faded the moment she realized his fade first, the moment her eyes caught him staring at her unapologetically. Now she was beginning to get so uncomfortable.

"What is your story Olivia Kalu?" He asked, looking into her eyes.

Olivia narrowed her brows, wondering what he meant.

"I mean, everyone has a story but you seem to have quite a lot. There's this sadness in your eyes. You look happy but your eyes are saying something different."

"What are you?" Olivia forced a chuckle. "You read eyes too?"

Felix chuckled faintly.

"It's one of my many gifts."

Olivia shook her head. They were so lost in their conversation that they had barely noticed the red sports car that had stopped right in front of the house.

"But I'm serious though." He took a step towards her. And then another and then frowned. "You've got-" he paused , stretching his hands towards his face so he could demonstrate. "There's something on your face."

Olivia frowned slowly raising her hand to her cheek.

"Really?" She frowned trying to find it.

"It's like a smudged coal." Felix took a step closer to help her, pointing to where the stain was so she could have a better chance at finding it.
