Don happily puts the bow down on a table. He proudly gazed over the wodden targets which is placed far ahead of him. Don is getting the hang of it, he never knew archery (sort of but not really) could be this satisfying. It felt as though he could go and take up some demons.
That sounded stupid. Well its reasonable when he could barely lift a finger against those mindful ones.
It has already been a year and a half since they first arrived in B 06-32, and the family learned everything they need in order to survive out in the wild.
It has only been 6 months since Don started training with the bows, he was previously practicing with first aid and worked with the research team. And him hitting the targets right on point was something he recently achieved and he was quite happy about it.
It's sort unfair in a sense that both Norman and Ray learned about handling a bow and able in performing it so much accuracy in the span of 2 weeks, like How?! With their schedules and priorities on the cherry top, how can they manage to do it that fast? How can they manage everything and anything perfectly?
'But wouldn't it be more surprising if they learned it the same pace as you did?'
Can't argue with that now.
Don tend to act like moron at times but he really isn't that much, he wanted to retort back to his own thoughts. His brain was not taking his side and the pulled an involuntary eye roll.
Shuffling of steps were heard and Don turned. His senses were polished best to react directly upon instinct. He beamed when he saw Anna.
"Don!" Anna called, she pushed a strand of her blond hair to the back of her hair.
Don grinned, such a dork.
"Yeah?" Don lowers the bow at hand to his side.
"Ray called for an assembly." Anna said.
"What is this about?"
"It looks like they have received a transmission, encoded in morse." Anna answered, her eyes looking serious.
Don nodded and walked towards Anna.
"Lets go then."

Everybody comes in different ages and personalities, they also come from different farms. Even so, they all get along now, pretty much understand another's humor and they all favored what is best for all.
Now the whole family consisted of 63 members. However, it is imperfectly happy. With Emma gone, phil and other kids left on Gracefield and the fact that other cattle children reside within the walls of false paradise, the family's guts turned and churned in frustration.
Just a little bit more, just wait a little bit more and we'll be there.
Norman scanned his surroundings, his eyes narrowing on each familiar faces, fully knowing how attached they all had become to eachother.
It's so happy.
It's a pity.
For a such a kind hearted family to exist in a gruesome reality.
Ray coughed to gather everyone's attention.
"Few moments ago, we've received a reply from our 'supporters'."
