{Silver's POV}
Susan pointed her bow again at the boat. "Drop him!" She shouted at the two Telmarines, and I was now back in my wolf form, growling at them.
They dropped him into the water, and I turned to human form, throwing my knife at one.
The knife flew true, hitting him in the eye, and killing him instantaneously. I brought my hand forward as I dove in and retrieved it.
Peter retrieved the dwarf, who I now realized that I recognized, and I knew by heart.
"Drop him! That's the best you could come up with?" He asked, and I spat water at him. "Shove it up your arse Trumpkin. We need your help."
I said, and he looked at me. "Your Majesty?" He asked, and I looked at him.
"So are these four. Now watch it. Or I'll throw you in the river myself." I said coldly, and he laughed at me.
"You telling me, that these four are royalty? Ha!" He said, and I looked at him.
"A simple 'thank you' would have sufficed." Susan said. "They were doing fine, drowning me, without your help!"
He said, and I grabbed him by the collar, and lifted him off of his feet, and my eyes glowed menacingly.
"Trumpkin, one more word, and I'll see to it that you be stuck in the How, cleaning weapons until you grow old with wife and kids!"
I shouted, and he looked at me. "Yes your Majesty." He whispered, and I dropped him, and stepped back.
"Why were they trying to kill you anyways?" Lucy asked, and I sighed, at the words, and decided, to let the dwarf speak for once.
"They're Telmarines. That's what they do." He said, and Edmund looked like he was having a bad dose of shock.
"Telmarines? Here. In Narnia?" He asked, as I nodded. "Where have you been the last few hundred years?"
Trumpkin asked, and I looked at him.
"In their world Trumpkin, only a year has passed, but it has been too many a year for us."
I said, and he nodded at me.
"Yes your Majesty." He said, and he stopped cold, when he saw Peter's sword.
"Oh, you've got to be kidding me." He said, and I looked at him. "I told you."
I said, and he sighed.
"You're it?"
He asked, and they all looked at him.
"They were all Narnia, needed, to keep Jadis from taking over the world entirely. They saved me, just as many times as I saved them."
I said, and he looked at me.
"You're the Kings and Queens of old?"
He asked, and Peter nodded at him.
"High King Peter, the Magnificent."
Peter said, and he held out his hand, to Trumpkin. "You probably could've you know. Left off the last bit." Susan said. "Shut up." Peter murmured.
"Probably."
Trumpkin said, chuckling at the words of Susan. "Oh you don't want to do that boy."
Trumpkin said, and Peter drew his sword, and shook his head. "Not me. Him."
He said, and Edmund drew his own sword, as Peter dropped his right next to Trumpkin. Trumpkin slashed at Edmund, and knocked him back.
Then, Edmund was going full out training mode, and Edmund had sent Peter's sword away, and his point was inches from Trumpkin's face.
"Beards and bedsteads!" Trumpkin said, sitting down hard in the sand of the beach. "Maybe that horn worked after all."
Trumpkin said, and Susan looked at him. "What horn?" She asked. "Yours Susan. A young prince, by the name, of Caspian blew it. It was what drew me to Cair Paravel."
I said, and Susan looked at me.
"You knew where it was!" She said, sounding annoyed. "Yes." I said, and she slapped me.
I felt the bruise forming. "I deserved that." I said, and Trumpkin stood up, as I gave Peter his sword back.
"Let's go. I have a feeling a few of our Narnians might be getting a bit tired if they have a human in their home."
I said, and Trumpkin looked at me. "Who's keeping him?" He asked, and I sighed.
"Trufflehunter, and Nikabrik." I said, and Trumpkin threw up his hands in defeat and exasperation. "He's gonna kill him for Aslan's sake!"
He said, and I shook my head.
"Trufflehunter will sit on his head until he stops trying to kill him again, I've seen it, and so have you."
I said.
We were all in the boat, and Peter was rowing. "They're so still." Lucy said, as Trumpkin snorted.
"They're trees. What'd you expect?" He asked, and I looked at him. "Shove it Trumpkin." I said, and he kept fairly quiet for a while.
"They used to dance." Lucy said, and Trumpkin sighed. "It wasn't long after you left that the Telmarines invaded."
Trumpkin said, and I lowered my head, shaking in shame and pain of the once again realization.
"When Cair Paravel fell... My orders for everyone, every boy, every girl... every woman, every man, everyone, in the castle, were to now fall back and into the woods."
I said, and Trumpkin looked at me, and I felt a hand on my shoulder, and I looked to see Edmund.
"Those who survived retreated to the woods. And the trees, they retreated, so deeply, into themselves, that they haven't been heard of since." He said.
"I don't understand, how could Aslan have let all of this happen?" Lucy said and I looked at her.
"Aslan? I thought he abandoned us when you lot did." Trumpkin said and I looked at him.
"They didn't abandon us, not by choice. They had no choice. You know it was always their destinies to return. To come back when we needed them the most, no matter how many years, had passed since."
I said, and he looked at me.
"We didn't mean to leave, you know."
Peter said, and I looked at him. "It makes no difference now, does it?" I heard Trumpkin say. "Get us to the Narnians... and it will." Peter said.
We continued down the river, and I took over rowing for a while, until we stopped the boat and all leaped out.
Lucy was attacked by a bear, and Trumpkin's arrow hit the bear, just before my knife did.
"He was wild." Lucy said, and I nodded. "I don't think he could talk at all." Peter said, and I sighed.
"Get treated like a dumb animal for long enough, that's what you become you're lucky it didn't happen to your Protector."
Trumpkin said, and I grabbed my knife, and walked backward to stand by Peter and Lucy.
"You may find Narnia a more savage place than you remember." Trumpkin said and retrieved his arrow.
I heard a howling sound. "They've gathered. They're waiting for us. They think we have the horn."
I said, and Peter looked at me.
"Well then, we'd better get to them fast hadn't we?" He said, and put his shield on his back.
