You Want It?

"It's okay. We should head back now," Minhyun said, wanting to avoid talking about it just like the other times. They never really talked about those moments either. He tried getting up and Baekho got flustered. He started getting up at the same time, trying to keep a hold on Minhyun but they both ended up tripping. Minhyun fell forward and Baekho onto him, further pushing him by accident.

"Shit," Baekho cursed when Minhyun slipped from the edge. The hill was thankfully more of a slope but Baekho didn't hesitate in protecting Minhyun as they both rolled down the hill together. He held the other close to his chest, arms protecting his head and body. When they finally stopped, they were already inside the flowery area and panting with Minhyun on top of Baekho, hiding his face on the other's chest. Baekho glanced downwards and patted Minhyun on the head. "You alright?"

"Yes," Minhyun responded before lifting his head. He felt dizzy and it took him awhile to realise that they were surrounded by flowers. "We rolled down the hill..."

"Yeah. At least we didn't fall off a cliff or something. We would have been goners then," Baekho said with a light laugh. Minhyun got up and patted his clothes before he looked at Baekho who was still laying down and just staring up at him.

"Um... Thank you for... Covering for me. Do you need help getting up?"

"Yep. I think I broke my back or something," Baekho said and winced. Minhyun panicked and squatted down.

"Are you sure? What do I do? Is there a hospital nearby? Should we just quit this whole kidnapping thing?" Minhyun said so quickly that Baekho just burst out laughing. Minhyun was confused but then realised the jerk was just teasing him again. His cheeks turned red with embarrassment and anger as he punched Baekho on the arm.

"Ow, ow. Come on. You gotta admit that you got worried there," Baekho said while sitting up, grinning with that stupid face of his. Minhyun felt like strangling him for making him even feel worried for a second there.

"Shut up. If anything happened to you, it would have been my fault."

"Why?" Baekho questioned while brushing off the little flowers and grass that got stuck to him. "I was the careless one who made both of us trip."

"Because you probably wouldn't have come out here if I wasn't here... Or maybe you wouldn't have at least tripped," Minhyun said while looking at the flower field.

"You worry and think about weird things," Baekho chuckled while standing up. He brushed his butt and sighed. "Come on. At least we are both fine."

Minhyun looked at Baekho and nodded, looking at the outstretched hand. He took it and Baekho started leading him out of the forest.

After a simple lunch cooked by Baekho and more game time, the two waited for sun to lower into the horizon before they dressed up to go for the festival. Baekho tried to get Minhyun to wear more casual clothes which meant a regular t-shirt but the other refused, giving him the excuse that he would most likely bump into a lot of people in the festival. In the end, Minhyun had on a long sleeved hoodie while Baekho just wore a singlet.

"You're going to end up sweating in that," Baekho said while putting a cap onto the other who frowned a little.

"I'll just bring a face towel along," Minhyun replied defiantly. Baekho chuckled and nodded.

"Suit yourself," Baekho sighed and handed him a mask. He put on his own cap before opening the door.

"Don't you need a mask too?" Minhyun asked and Baekho shook his head.

"Why would I? You're far more recognisable than me with your annoyingly handsome face," Baekho teased and nudged Minhyun who scoffed.

"Says the more annoying one."
