Run Away with Me

Minhyun woke up, feeling the same exactly coldness that he had when he woke up in the middle of the night. He rolled over and saw the bear staring back at him instead of Baekho. He sighed, wondering what he was even expecting as he pulled the bear close for a hug. His nose twitched when he caught a whiff of Baekho's smell from the bear, wondering why the bear smelt like the male even though he had been hugging it the whole time.

"Oh, you're awake," Baekho's voice startled him as the other entered the room. Minhyun blinked and stared at him. "Breakfast is ready. Also, I hope you don't mind me putting a shirt over the bear."

A shirt?

Minhyun looked down at the bear and realised that it was indeed wearing a shirt. One of Baekho's, to be exact. So that explains why he smelt like Baekho. "What for?"

"Uh... We kind of stained it a little during yesterday's activities so I'm just covering it up with the shirt."

Minhyun was baffled and wasn't so sure if he wanted to continue hugging the bear now but he didn't want to let it go too. After they part, it might be the only thing left to remind him of Baekho and the time they spent together.

"Anyways, you should get up now. I've got plans for the day," Baekho said and Minhyun wondered if it had anything to do with him using his phone. He just nodded and didn't question it though, not wanting to disappoint himself.

He joined Baekho at the dining table, bear in hand, to have breakfast. Baekho chuckled at the sight of it.

"You really like it a lot, don't you?" Baekho asked as Minhyun put the bear on the chair beside him.

"Yes. I've never gotten such a huge gift before so I'm really thankful," Minhyun replied him and smiled a little.

"You've also gotten much better at smiling," Baekho said while sipping the glass of milk he had poured for himself. Minhyun was shocked to hear that but that didn't stop his lips from curving upwards again.

"You think so?"

"I know so. You look wonderful with a smile. You should definitely smile more often," Baekho said and put the glass down. Minhyun nodded, trying to keep that in mind.

But what if I can no longer smile without you?

They spent the day chatting until Minhyun was done with his simple pancakes and bacon breakfast. Then, Baekho got him to change into something a little more formal to his surprise. As much as he preferred to dress formally, it felt weird considering how he had worn slightly more casual clothes for 2 days.

"What are we doing today?" Minhyun asked curiously.

"Something you might actually enjoy more for a change," Baekho replied and grinned as he fixed his own suit. "There. How do I look?"

"Uh... Great?" Minhyun wasn't sure how to compliment him but he guessed Baekho did look great. Just like he did in his wedding outfit. "What... Would I enjoy?"

"You'll see, you'll see."

Baekho had a change of clothes packed for both of them as well as the other soft toys that they got from the festival. He allowed Minhyun to bring the bear into the car by himself. He told Minhyun that they would spend the last night at a hotel before he sent Minhyun home the next morning and Minhyun just agreed to it. Baekho drove them to a theater hall which Minhyun hadn't expect at all.

"Why are we here?"

Baekho lifted up two tickets in his hand and smiled. "I've got two tickets to a stage play that's happening today. Ever heard of Romeo and Juliet?"
