He opened his eyes to the same view as always. Same white walls without any decorations. White sheets. Brown drawers. Cupboards. Black shirt. Black shirt? Minhyun sat up in confusion, looking at the black shirt on the bed beside him. He picked it up and tilted his head. He brought it close to his nose and sniffed it, unsure why he felt compelled to do it but he knew from the smell itself. It wasn't his. He looked around his room, trying to find for any other change in his room but couldn't see any until his bathroom door opened and Baekho walked right out from it. Shirtless and dripping wet from his hair that he was drying. Minhyun blinked once. Twice. And only the third time made him realise that the male was really in his room.
"You... This?" Minhyun muttered while holding up the shirt in his hand.
"Oh. Morning, Minhyun," Baekho said while smiling.
"Um... Morning." Minhyun gulped as his mind started flooding with memories of their last night. His cheeks bloomed with red and he shut his eyes. He can still remember the kisses and the hug too. "We... We really did that... Didn't we?"
"Yeah." Baekho took the shirt from Minhyun's hand and put it on. "I better get back to my room and get a proper change of clothes."
"Okay."
Are we not going to talk about it?
Minhyun pursed his lips and didn't say anything else as Baekho walked towards him. The taller male wasn't expecting Baekho to touch his hair, gently patting him with his bare hand. Minhyun didn't move away to his own disbelief but it felt nice. Gentle. Soft. Caring. Things he didn't know he could feel from a simple gesture.
"See you at the table for breakfast," Baekho said and smiled. Minhyun nodded and Baekho moved away, leaving Minhyun feeling a dash of cold doused all over him again. He breathed in sharply and gripped at his blanket.
"Okay." Baekho left Minhyun's room and Minhyun shuddered, pulling his blanket close to him. He shouldn't be feeling like this. Not now. He noticed he had his clothes on again but it was a different set from which he remember taking off. He placed his palms against his eyes and tried to calm his breathing down. The cold suddenly became scary. It reminded him of something bitter and he didn't want to remember it. He quickly got out from bed and into his shower, turning the heat on high. He took off his clothes and stepped right in, groaning at the heat that greeted his body. He didn't know why he was doing this. Maybe he just wanted that sense of security like how Baekho had made him feel when they hugged but all he knew was that he didn't want the cold anymore. His skin was turning red from the heat and he stepped out, squatting down and hugging his burning body together. The safe word popped into his mind and he let it slide out from his lips.
"I like you."

Eun Jung stared at the two other males at the table, frowning slightly at the change of behaviors. Baekho was smiling like everything in the world was rainbow and sunshine while Minhyun was... Tolerating him. She also noticed Baekho making skin contact with her brother sometimes and the said male didn't move away either which was shocking.
"What's wrong with the both of you?" Eun Jung asked with a hint of sarcasm. She gasped when both of them blushed a little but Minhyun's had a hint of embarrassment and Baekho seemed almost proud.
"Nothing?" Baekho replied with a shrug. Minhyun didn't say anything and just ate his breakfast in silence.
"Sure," she chuckled and rolled her eyes. "By the way, Baekho, I need to talk to you after breakfast."
"Yeah. Sure."
Minhyun didn't say anything and just finished his food. He wiped his lips and got up, excusing himself to go to his office to work. Baekho placed a hand on Minhyun's gloved ones as he stood up.
