Chapter 7: Maknae Adventures

Lisa was laying down on the couch texting her friends.

Lisa: I need an excuse to leave work. I was sick two days ago and yesterday I had a dental appointment.

Yeri: Say you have a doctor appointment

Lisa: I can't, Irene knows my doctor appointment schedules because I keep forgetting about them.

Tzuyu: Have you tried breaking your arm?

Lisa: No, they'll still make me work.

Joy: How about faking your death?

Tzuyu: YEAH! I know a guy.

Lisa: I tried it last time and they almost buried me alive.

Yeri: We can work around that, we'll just unbury you and then reveal that you're alive

Joy: Sounds full proof

Lisa: Ok, I'm going for it wish me luck

Tzuyu: Don't actually die!

Yeri: Yeah, that would suck

Joy: Definitely would suck

Chaeyoung: What did I miss?

Tzuyu: Lisa is dead

Chaeyoung: Condolences

Lisa gets the fake blood from Bambam's drawer and the fake knife from Jungkook's drawer. While she stages her 'death', Jennie enters the room and says, "Lisa, Jungkook, and Bambam go grocery shopping!" Lisa sighs while Jennie catches her.

She sighs and says, "Lisa, stop doing this and be careful. That's not a fake knife." Lisa puts the knife back in Jungkook's drawer and the fake blood in Bambam's. Jungkook is already in the car while Bambam has the list of what they need to buy. Lisa sits in the backseat and goes back to her phone.

Tzuyu: How much do you wanna bet that Lisa accidentally used a real knife?

Yeri: Doesn't Jungkook have a fake knife?

Chaeyoung: Yeah

Joy: Oh thank Jihyo, I was getting anxious

Tzuyu: Let's hope he realized that I switched it with a real knife before she uses it.

Joy: ...

Chaeyoung: ...

Yeri: ...

Lisa: ...

Chaeyoung: But why?

Tzuyu: Just a harmless prank on Jungkook

Joy: How did it go?

Lisa: I'm stuck grocery shopping with Bambam and Jungkook

Tzuyu: Want us to come?

Joy: You just want to see Jungkook

Tzuyu: ofc, who wouldn't

Yeri: true

Lisa: true

Joy: ewwww

...

The three arrive at the grocery store and it goes peacefully, surprisingly. Jungkook pushes the cart while Bambam and Lisa put things in it. Lisa doesn't know whats on the list but she just puts whatever she wants in. Jungkook is telling Bambam what to grab and Bambam grabs everything plus extra.

After 30 minutes of shopping, Lisa asks Bambam, "Did we get everything?" Bambam is reminded about the list and says, "Oh shit, I forgot about that." The two facepalm and Bambam brings out the list. He says, "Did we get the milk?" The two shake their head and Bambam says, "Ok, we'll get that first." They nod in agreement and make their way to the milk section.

They run into Yugyeom and Taehyung. Everyone greets casually and Yugyeom says, "You here to buy milk too?" They nod in reply. Suddenly, Yeri and Tzuyu appears. Tzuyu turns shy and says, "Oh, hi Jungkook. Didn't know you shop here." Yeri also turns shy and says, "Oh, I didn't notice you there. Hi Jungkook!" They both stare at the guy as he turns shy because he's shy with other girls.

Lisa then says, "I told you we were-" Tzuyu covers Lisa's mouth and says, "Are you also buying milk?" Everyone nods. Then Nayeon, Jin, Mark, and Irene show up. Everyone stares at them awkwardly.

Nayeon says, "Hey-" Tzuyu gestures her to leave. Taehyung nods and says, "Sorry, the senior citizen section is over there." Everyone cheers and the four leave. Bambam then asks, "Is the senior citizen section even a thing?"

Taehyung shakes his head and says, "No, I just needed a reason to call them old." Suddenly, loud arguments can be heard. All of their heads turn to Jimin and Mina arguing. They are so engrossed in their conversations that they don't notice the several pairs of eyes watching them.

Yeri then says, "Straight people problems." Taehyung adds, "Agreed."

After getting the two cartons of milk, Lisa asks Bambam, "What's next?" Bambam checks milk off the list and says, "Ok, we're done." Lisa says surprised, "What? That's it?" Bambam nods and Jungkook grabs the list from him. He says, "Yeah, that's it." Lisa says, "Why did they give a list if we only had to buy milk?" Bambam asks Jungkook, "Hey, where's the cart?"

Jungkook says, "Oh, I parked it over there." Bambam says, "Are you dumb? That's not free parking?" Lisa stops their conversation and says, "Parked it where?" Jungkook laughs out loud and says, "Where else? The parking lot." Lisa complains, "How does that even happen? They didn't stop you and make you pay?" Jungkook shrugs his shoulders.

After grabbing every single item again and paying for it, the three journey home. They hand Jihyo's card back and she turns red in anger. She yells back, "WE SENT YOU TO BUY MILK! WHY DID THEY CHARGE OVER 500 DOLLARS ON MY CARD!" Bambam says quietly, "We bought Gucci milk?" Jihyo can't deal with them and dials a number on her phone.

As she's leaving they hear her mutter, "Daniel, I'm coming over. NO, you don't have a choice." The three maknaes stand there intimidated by Jihyo's loud voice. Jaebum walks in with Jennie and sees the groceries on the table then looks at the maknaes.

He turns back to Jennie and says, "That's why I don't give them my card." Jimin runs past us and into his room in tears. Mina busts down the door and yells back, "JIMIN, I DIDN'T MEAN TO CALL YOU SHORT! I'M SORRY!"
