Chapter 10: The Verdict

Jimin POV

Jaebum has gathered us in the living room. Suzy and Jieun just told the leaders who they are sponsoring. After a month of torture and hard work, we can finally find out who's getting the thousands of dollars in a form of a sponsorship.

Jaebum sighs as he rakes his hair back. Jennie then says, "Good news and bad news." Everyone quiets down and she continues, "Bad news, JJ Blogs isn't getting the sponsorship." Everyone turns sad and the atmosphere turns gloomy. Irene asks slightly irritated, "What's the good news?" 

Jennie says, "Wait, there's more bad news. You're all fired." Everyone gasps and Irene turns even more irritated. Jennie changes her countenance from a sad and angsty one to a happy and a wide smiled one. She says, "Good news, we have all been hired to a new blog company which has better benefits, same sense of freedom, and more coworkers!"

Jaebum laughs out loud and the rest of us are shocked. Jaebum then says, "Let me explain, the two couldn't figure it out so they just combined three different blog groups into one and we'll get the funding. Our apartments will still remain the same but we're moving to a new office in a few days. Yes, everyone is getting a raise."

Everyone in the room starts cheering as we prepare to move into a new office.

We walk in the office to see all the members of Seulgi's blog already setting up. We greet each other and I see Mina fixing her cubicle. I also notice that mine is right next to hers. She smiles at me but this time I feel my heart ache. She only thinks of you as a brother. I flash a fake smile and move my things into a cubicle. 

Suddenly, the third blog group enters. Jaebum told me that they were hand picked by Suzy and Jieun themselves. 

The group stands in front of all of us and introduces themselves one by one.
