Jimin POV

I stand up quickly and push Mina gently. I make eye contact with Mark and say, "It's not what it looks like." Mina tries getting closer but I keep avoiding her and say, "She just had too many drinks and I was going to drop her here." Mark nodded and said, "I can take it from here, thanks for bringing her here."

I then look at him confused and say, "Wait, isn't this the girls' apartment?" Mark smiles nervously and says, "I won't say anything if you won't." I nod and quickly agree with him. And make my way back to my apartment thinking about what just happened.

I blush at my thoughts. So does she really like me?

Surprisingly, our friendship stayed the same for the next few days. Maybe she forgot, or she's just a really good actor. Suddenly, I am preparing for my trip to Japan. We meet up in the airport and everyone comes prepared.

We are seated next to our partners and we must finish at least one article per group. The faster we finish, the more vacation time we have. We sit down in the airplane after the security checks. I'm in the aisle seat while Mina is at the window seat with Wonwoo in between us.

30 minutes into the flight, Mina uses the bathroom. Wonwoo took this as an opportunity to talk with me. He says, "Hey Jimin, can we talk about Mina?" I look ahead in the aisle to see a long line to the bathroom. I nod my head and he continues, "So recently, I confessed to her."

My eyes widened and I turn my head towards him. He continues, "She said that she liked someone else and the only other person I could think of was you. This is hard for me to say but... treat her well." I smile softly and say, "Sorry..." He shakes his head and says, "Nonono, I should've seen it coming. She kept talking about you but I ignored it and became selfish. It's fine, there's no hard feelings."

I say quietly, "Thanks Wonwoo, I totally misjudged you." He smiles and says, "But I'm not switching seats." I chuckle and say, "Totally fine, thanks again. I'll treat her the best." Mina then comes back and the rest of the flight is quiet.

Everyone is tired from the short flight so we make our way to our hotel rooms. We have two rooms, one for the guys and the other for the girls. I start unpacking as Jaebum plops himself on the bed. Wonwoo changes into more casual clothes and Jaebum starts a conversation, "So Mark told me something funny before we left." Wonwoo and I shift our gazes towards Jaebum.

I pleaded with my eyes for him not to say anything but Wonwoo was curious. Jaebum says, "Jimin, is that why you were out last night? You should've just told me you were drinking with Mina." Wonwoo looks surprised and then he asks, "How does Mark know about this?" Jaebum shrugs his shoulder and says, "I don't know, he was just hanging out with Wendy and somehow he found out."

I exhale. Mark, didn't keep it a secret... Wonwoo then says, "Since we are on the topic of girls, what's with you and Jennie? Are you guys dating?" Jaebum shakes his head and says, "No, why you interested?" Wonwoo gets flustered by the sudden accusation and says, "N-no, it's just you suddenly chose her to come to the trip and..."

Wonwoo pauses after seeing Jaebum's serious gaze on him. He continues quietly, "she has clothes in your office so..." Jaebum's gaze intensifies and Wonwoo becomes even more quiet, "I thought here was something going on between you two..."

I pat him on the back and say, "You should stop there. Jaebum is more a Seulgi guy." Like that Jaebum chases me around with a pillow in his hands, I run out of the hotel room and into the hallway. I scream, "I'M SORRY!" The girls peak out of their hotel room and ask, "What's with you two?"

I say, "I was just talking about how-" A hand covers my mouth and Jaebum continues my sentence, "He was talking about how much he wanted to go out and explore with Mina. Right?" I nod my head and Jennie asks, "Why were you chasing him around?" Jaebum says, "Just playing around and having fun. Right Jimin?"
