Chapter 16: Reunion

Mina enters the airplane and sits next to him in first class. Before the plane takes off, Bambam says, "Mina, I have something to tell you." Mina turns her head to see Bambam thinking nervously.

He says, "When we get to Thailand, expect a lot of people waiting for my arrival." Mina smiles and says, "It's ok, I kind of expected your family to be there when we arrived."

Bambam scratches his nape and says, "No, not my family. Fans." She raises her eyebrow and says, "Fans?" He chuckles and says, "I kind of did some modeling and acting before I went to Korea. My parents are kind of famous too." Mina looks at him shocked and says, "That's why we're sitting in first class?"

Bambam nods his head and says, "Some people might assume you're my girlfriend, but I swear that we'll clear up the misunderstanding later." She nods her head and Bambam smiles back at her.

2 years later

Jimin and his colleagues gained some popularity in Korea. They became the number one blog and gained the attention of many celebrities. However, Jimin felt incomplete. He has tried moving on from Mina but it was rough. He tried dating other girls, even dated Rose for a year and half but ended breaking it up mutually. He wasn't that heartbroken but Rose took a huge toll on it.

They weren't awkward but they couldn't enjoy time together like before they dated. Jihyo ended up taking Daniel's job offer and is now engaged. Lisa and Jungkook revealed to the others that they were dating and are now on their 3rd year. Irene was offered some commercial offers and became a model part time.

Meanwhile in Thailand, Mina became a well-known writer and photographer. She was hired to cover celebrity weddings, government events, concerts, and even sporting events. Mina learned Thai, knowing about 4 languages. Bambam inherited his parent's company as they retired. He became one of the most prominent and influential men in Thailand. Everyone knew his name and knew Mina as his unofficial Japanese sister.

They developed a strong sibling bond, as they lived together for 2 years. One day, a letter came to their penthouse. It's early morning and they are preparing to head to work. Mina being one of the best and busiest writers and Bambam being a young CEO, they must wake up early. She tapped Bambam who was making a cup of coffee and says, "Jihyo invited us to her wedding."

Bambam raises his eyebrow as he hasn't heard Jihyo's name in a long time. He asks, "Who is she marrying?" Mina says sarcastically, "Nayeon... Who else? Of course it's Daniel." Bambam smacks her head and says, "No need to be rude about it. Geez, no wonder you don't have a boyfriend."

Mina rubs the pain away and says, "HEY!! I went on a date like you wanted me to but they're just weird guys." Bambam laughs and says, "Jae isn't weird. He's just misunderstood." She complains, "I don't know why you set me up with some guitarist in some band." He gasps and says, "Some guitarist? Some band? He's in Day6, you should be honored."

Mina takes his coffee and says, "Whatever, but are we going to that wedding?" Bambam sighs and nods. He says, "I met Daniel a few weeks ago at a meeting and he invited me personally, I couldn't say no." Mina looks at him and says, "It has been 2 years. No way, they're still mad at us."

"YOU INVITED WHO?" Jihyo covers her ears as Jungkook screams his lungs out. She then says, "I invited Mina and Bambam. I had to invite them to the wedding." Jungkook groans and says, "They left us, with no signs of leaving and didn't even say goodbye. I don't get why you want someone who abandoned us to be at your wedding." Lisa wipes her eyes as she just woke up and says, "Why are you so loud?"

Jungkook puts his arm around her shoulder and says, "Jihyo invited Bambam and Mina to the wedding." Lisa shrugs her shoulders and says, "And?" He says, "Don't act like you don't care. I know you miss Bambam." She looks at him and says, "How do you know?" He bows his head down and says, "Because I miss him too."
